It’s not the reason I am working out ….. lol !
You gotta work for it doesn’t come that easy . This was well needed after all these before and after Xmas lunches and dinners 😆😅 👍🏼

Most interesting finding of the last decade 🦾💙
Your muscles they secrete chemicals and protein when you exercise that are really good for your brain health.
When you contract your muscles they literally secrete protein to your blood stream that makes you resilient to stress and can protect you from depression.💪🏽
(Scientists call them Hope Molecules).
This idea that literally your muscles are manufacturing the anti depressant molecules and the only way to get them in your blood stream were they can then travel to your brain is you have to contact your muscles that’s it .🧠
But your muscles are : is like a pharmacy anything you do that contracts them ,walking , hiking 🥾, dancing 🕺 💃🏿 ,running 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️, anything . You’re going dumping Hope Molecules in to your blood stream that when they get into your brain they work as anti depressant and they also help people recover from trauma.👍🏼

I have lost 4 kg . At my biggest I am usually at 66 kg then I just maintain. Most people say I look good at 66KG . Though I never follow the scale most times I just go with how I feel .
At 62 kg , I feel I need to gain abit so I am working on that .
It’s important to know your body just by what it’s telling you . By How you feel pay attention .🦾☀️
For those that wants to drop a bit cardio is your friend .
The benefits of balance training. It is very crucial to be able to keep us up right so we are not stumbling or falling . Or if we do stumble to be able to regain that balance.
- Balance training teaches us how to use our muscles better .
-When it comes to balance exercises I recommend you find something simple and do that every day .
-This could be standing up with your feet together
-This could be standing up with one foot in front of the other , one foot slightly behind.This could be even standing on one leg .
The biggest and most important do what’s safe for you and DO IT in an environment that’s safe .
Example:
Try brushing your Teeth 🦷 standing on the right foot / evening try brushing standing on the left foot 🦶. Bathroom is great coz we got bathroom counters to keep us safe to hold on too .
Find what’s appropriate for you and challenge that BALANCE daily 😃😉

‘’THE COME BACK ‘’ , can be one of the most difficult thing to do . Anyone can come back anytime they decide this is it .I am going to make all required changes to my life and get my self back on track.
Only you is the Boss to make that decision and no one ELSE can make it for you . The only help one can get in this situation from others is…… MOTIVATION . 🏋️♀️💪🏽.
Hi , I welcome all you fitness lovers to my page. As most of you know, I like to workout and will be sharing some of my workouts on this page, for those that always keep asking how I keep in shape.
This page is mostly for my own motivation above all as there is no bigger motivator out there than yourself. The sooner I came to that realization the better I have managed to pick myself up every time I am down. With that said I still get encouraged seeing my fellow men and women keeping top fitness.
In life there is always time to learn and grow from each other. Let’s keep encouraging each other to keep some level of fitness in our day to day life.
