SIRCLES project good practices booklet: turning biowaste into social inclusion At the heart of the SIRCLES project lies a commitment to promoting social inclusion. 🟢We had the incredible opportunity to take part in the Ecopact - Lac de Bizerte programme and in the celebration of World Environment Day🌍, where the Sircles Project took centre stage with an exciting workshop on composting. We were honoured by the presence of Mrs Leila Chikhaoui, Minister for the Environment, who graced us with her support.

🟢The event was an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of composting and its positive impact on our environment. The commitment and dedication of everyone present, including Leila Chikhaoui, to a greener, more sustainable future.

🟢Our warmest thanks go to all the participants who made this workshop such a resounding success. Together, let's continue to fight for a cleaner, healthier planet by adopting composting and sustainable practices in our daily lives.☘️

🌱 This exciting initiative conducted in partnership with the Dhajja association and the Sircles project:

🟢As part of the Sircles project in partnership with the Dhajja association, we have implemented this innovative action aimed at raising awareness among students about environmental issues and encouraging them to adopt eco-responsible behaviors. Thanks to this partnership, we were able to install three composters within their school premises.

🟢It all began with an engaging training provided to the students at the Sircles project pilot site, where they learned about the values of selective sorting and waste management. These curious and dedicated young minds showed great receptivity to these teachings, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the protection of our beautiful planet.🌎

🌿 Nous sommes ravis d'annoncer le démarrage des sessions de formations tant attendues dans le cadre de projets Lathem ! Du 5 juin au 7 juin, Tunisia Ecotourism aura le plaisir de modérer ces sessions enrichissantes.

🟢The Sircles project , in partnership with the Association De La Culture Alternative Dhajja, organized a second day of activities aimed at raising awareness about proper waste disposal and promoting recycling. This event involved school children who actively participated in encouraging people to dispose of their waste properly and collect recyclable materials such as plastic, paper, glass, and organic waste.

🟢The event took place in the theater of Majestic, providing an engaging platform for the children to showcase their creativity. They prepared scenes and performances that highlighted the importance of waste sorting, circular economy principles, composting, and other green practices. The theater stage was open to the public, and there was a significant presence of civil society members and parents.

🟢By involving school children and showcasing their efforts on stage, the event aimed to create a lasting impact on the community. It aimed to inspire individuals to adopt more environmentally friendly practices and to take responsibility for their waste. The presence of civil society and parents further emphasized the importance of this cause and promoted community involvement in sustainable initiatives.

🟢The Sircles Project, along with its partners, is dedicated to promoting ecological practices and addressing waste-related challenges. This event serves as an example of their commitment to creating awareness and fostering a sense of environmental responsibility among individuals and communities.

Cette session sera dédiée à la présentation de notre 4ème session de formation en compostage et agriculture biologique.

☘Au cours de cette session, vous pourrez en apprendre davantage sur notre programme de formation, les différents modules proposés, les intervenants ainsi que les avantages de la formation en compostage et agriculture biologique. 📍Sircles Project with the partnership of Association De La Culture Alternative Dhajja a rise awareness day conduct by school children to encourage people to dispose of their waste properly, collect recyclable materials, such as plastic, paper, and glass, organic and take them to a recycling center.
Waste management is a critical issue that we face globally. With the increasing population and human activity, we are generating a vast amount of waste every day. The waste we produce pollutes our environment, harms wildlife, and contributes to climate change. However, by raising awareness and adopting sustainable practices such as recycling and composting, we can reduce the amount of waste we generate and mitigate its negative impact.

Dans le cadre du projet🌳METLINATS🌳, PADIL lance la compagne de Ramassage de Déchets et Installation de 🚮conteneurs🚮 poubelles au 🏕️Lac Collinaire El Garia🏕️ et à la Zone Côtière de 🌊Cap Zbib 🌊le Lundi et le Mardi 20 et 21 Mars 2023 à partir de 9h30🌅🌅.

في إطار مشروع الحي المسؤول بيئيا المنفّذ من قبل جمعية الثقافة البديلة ضجّة، يقوم التلاميذ المسؤولون بيئيا بمدرسة حيّ النخلة 1 ببنزرت بحملة تحسيسية موجّهة إلى متساكني الحي وتحت شعار "الفرز مسؤوليتنا الكل" وذلك يوم الجمعة 17 مارس إنطلاقا من مدرسة حي النخلة 1.
تهدف الحملة إلى تحسيس متساكني المنطقة بأهمية الفرز الإنتقائي للفضلات للتقليل من النفايات الخطيرة و المضرّة بالبيئة و التعريف بأهمية إعادة تدوير الفظلات القابلة للرسكلة و الإستفادة منها.

Sircles project has welcomed the RESMYLE project to its pilot composting and bio farming site, promoting synergy between ENI CBC Med Programme projects.
