We're thrilled to announce that we've achieved an important milestone in our project - pilot step 1. After successfully validating the project phase with our program manager Iskander Regaieg
we're now ready to begin implementation.

During the validation phase, we worked closely with our program manager to define the project scope, identify potential challenges, and create a plan for moving forward. With this groundwork in place, we're excited to begin piloting our project on a small scale.
