In Tunisia, approximately 900,000 loaves of bread are wasted daily, totaling around 100 million dinars annually 🍞↘️.
This amounts to 113,000 tons yearly, with each family discarding an average of 42 kilograms. The prominent 15.7% bread wastage rate, especially among the country's 3,800 bakeries, leads to the squandering of over 680 tons of subsidized flour yearly 🥖🥖.
These staggering statistics highlight the urgent need for sustainable solutions.

Upon the world crisis💧 and drought ,we must be aware of watse management crisis.

Everyday we throw tones of organic food waste that could be turned into something valuable.

How⁉️
Comporoll is a small machine used to compost kitchen food scraps(🚮), yard waste coffee grounds ,tea bags , and pet waste. This compost can be used as a fertilizer for plants 🌱 🪴,also to improve the quality of soil to avoid drought crisis.

Date seed powder is a highly beneficial component for health. It is very rich in minerals (5g/100g) as well as being high in soluble and insoluble fibers (3.26g/100g).
The former plays a primary role in reducing cholesterol levels and regulating glucose and insulin in the human body, While the latter play a significant role in intestinal regulation and preventing constipation.

And date seed coffee is a caffeine-free beverage ! ideal for individuals suffering from insomnia and even pregnant women who still want to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Finding sustainable countermeasures for these problems requires completely new approaches and the integration of technology such as Internet of Things (IoT) techniques to establish a prototype ecosystem monitoring system by developing innovative smart devices.

In fact, we systematically review and discuss the ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS , including sensors that monitor the plant 🌿 soil, and environmental conditions that directly affect plant growth🌱 .
These sesors are mainly used to monitor the levels of Phosphorous, potassium, Calcium, Sodium, Nitrogen, Copper, and Iron.
