500 gr broccoli
2 medium carrots
5-6 gherkins (pickled)
1 can of canned corn

⤵️Ingredients for preparing the dressing:
1 bunch of parsley
6 tablespoons suzme yogurt
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, boil for about 5 minutes and, after draining the water, let it cool.

Rub our carrots on a coarse grater and fry in olive oil (quite a bit of oil is needed).

Add corn and gherkins (finely chopped) to our carrots when it cools down.
