City Hotel Duqm With 120 Room Capacity in 180 Days Al Duqm – Oman

Dorçe completed the Duqm City Hotel project, which is a three-star hotel project located in the industrial zone of Oman. Prefabricated Modular Light Steel and Heavy Steel Systems were used for the construction of the project. Project was completed according to the desert climate with a temperature resistance of +50 degrees. Dorce carried out its design, superstructure, infrastructure and supply processes. The hotel has a total capacity of 120 beds and was completed in a short period of 180 days. In accordance with the request of the employer, reinforced concrete building appearance was preferred for the adaption to the architectural texture of Oman.

Dorce Prefabricated and Construction’s Basra University Hospital Project is progressing rapidly. The towering structure of the hospital spans 16 stories and offers 446 beds.

The hospital occupies 18,000 square meters, and the construction covers a total area of 72,500 square meters. The "Design and Build" methodology is being used to carry out the project.

Situated in Basra province, Iraq, the hospital is a well-organized research facility with two main sections: vertical and horizontal. It is known to be the most comprehensive integrated hospital in the area. The patient bed units and staff accommodations are located in the vertical tower segment, while the horizontal section contains a treatment block that includes emergency services, operating rooms, intensive care units, and a polyclinic block. Furthermore, there is a remarkable 3-story atrium on the ground floor of the tower that seamlessly connects all of these areas.

The project is being delivered in a comprehensive manner, covering engineering, superstructure, infrastructure, design, and the integration of medical equipment.

The construction of Basra University Hospital, which we built as Dorce prefabricated and construction, is progressing rapidly. The hospital's tall structure spans 16 floors and offers 446 beds.
