Martin came to Diamond Dental Antalya with concerns about his old crowns and natural teeth suffering from breakage and wear. After a thorough examination, we diagnosed him with bruxism, a condition causing excessive teeth grinding.

Bruxism had led to significant tooth wear, fractures, cracks, and a reduction in his vertical dimension. It also affected his Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ), so we provided comprehensive TMJ rehabilitation.

During his initial visit, Martin’s front teeth with postcore were broken at the root level, requiring extraction. Due to insufficient bone in his upper jaw and sagging sinuses, we performed a bilateral open sinus lift and used 4cc of human-derived bone graft.

In the same session, we placed 8 Straumann implants and gave Martin temporary teeth, sending him back to the UK with a smile.

Five months later, Martin returned for his second session. We took digital impressions with an intraoral scanner and crafted 28 zirconium crowns, tailored to his chosen shade and shape for a perfect smile design.
