Rachel has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1998 and is well known for her creative as well as pragmatic and down-to-earth style and her infectious sense of humour. Still buzzing from the yoga classes that Karen and Aubrey taught last week! Some great new things for my practice. Here is what some of the participants said:

Just come back from a fantastic week at Onuncu Koy - taught by Karen and Aubrey. They were in great form and the group was so friendly and fun. It was quite hot but it really is a good place to be when the mercury rises….

One of the highlights of any trip to Adrasan (apart from the yoga of course!) is the boat trip. Such a beautiful stretch of coastline, still so unspoilt, a lovely way to spend a day with lovely people….

Just come to the end of a fabulous week to kick off the 2023 season with a large and very fun group as well as Ros Bell’s inspired teaching. Thanks to all who came!
