After probably one of the best Octobers weather wise we’ve had, the hotel is now closed for winter 😊
As some of you know this year was a little bit different to our previous years as we (Sam&Kadir) no longer live at the hotel but the staff still will during the summer.
Serkan came in as our business partner to help share the workload and relieve some of the pressure of us not being there 24/7. He’s done a fabulous job for his first summer, it wasn’t an easy one with the heatwave 🥵
Going forward to next year, Serkan will continue to be in charge of the day to day running of the hotel and myself and Kadir will be popping in from time to time to check up on you all, pretty much the same as this year.
I will still be dealing with all the bookings and enquiries from this page and checking the emails. Online bookings will still all remain the same.
Plans for the hotel this winter include updating the bathrooms, installing a pool hand rail (as we forgot last year) and the usual paint touch ups.

With us now closed for winter and having a well deserved break, emails will be checked every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Messages via this page will be answered as soon as soon as I can reply back.

With the news showing today’s devastating earthquake in the southeast of Turkey I want to let everyone know that we are all ok here in Fethiye. Thank you to those who messaged with concern. Unfortunately there are many families that have been affected by todays events and our thoughts and prayers go out to them all. Some of our staff from Tunacan and Alfresco are from these areas and thankfully we have received a message to say they are safe 🙏

We already have quite a few back to back bookings so please remember if you have a late departure flight and wish to keep your room on until you leave (£10) to let us know as early as possible so I can book a late check out for you.

It’s been a while but it’s time to give away a holiday and raise some money 🙏🙏

In the past we’ve always raised money for the animals but since our Enes started school last year, we’ve realised how little funding goes into the local Ölüdeniz ilkokulu (school) to help improve their facilities.

There is lots of potential for the school to rent out their grounds for sports, weddings and out door functions, they just need the funding to help them set it all up.

Myself and a few other parents have been arranging some fundraising events.

The money we all raise will be used to close in their current basketball court, creating not only a basketball court they can properly use but also a tennis court. This will make a huge difference not only to the school and it’s students but also to the local community.

If we can get this done it will allow us to be able to get private tennis/basketball lessons. The court will be rented out for these and the money will go back into the school for future improvements.

For this to be done we have been quoted 45,000 lira.

I would love to raise £1000 (approx 20,000) to put towards this.

⭐️ The prize - 7 nights B&B for 2 people including a day trip on Baba Tekins boat. This holiday can be taken anytime between May and October depending on our current availability and if you have already booked with us you can use this against your current booking.

I have 100 numbers, if we can fill more, that would be amazing but the raffle won’t be drawn until we have filled those 100. Numbers will be allocated as we receive the money. All the money we raise for this will be donated to the school.
