Transformation of smile with a long journey with bone graft , dental implants , gum treatment and full set porcelain veneers. In this case, since there was not enough bone width for implants, bone grafting was first performed to increase the bone width in the edentulous areas and implants were applied after a 6-month waiting period. In addition, necessary gum treatments were applied during the 6-month waiting period.Afterwards, implants were applied and 3 months of implant and bone fusion were waited.After a 9-month period, full set laminate veneer treatment was applied.
