vii​ VALID MEDICAL

viii​ EMAIL ID + MOBILE NUMBER (FOR E-LEARNING ENROLLMENT)

ix​ WHITE BACKGROUND DIGITAL PHOTO NOT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OLD

2. ASSESMENT ​EVALUATION

of Documents /Sea Services / Verification & Application Forms Check


3. FEE PAYMENT​

After Successful Evaluation we will inform and send the invoice for the fee payment.
​SWIFT, WIRE TRANSFERS, PAYPAL or Physical Payments could be deposited to our centre at A/C divisions.


4. E-LEARNING ​

After evaluation E-Learning will be enrolled of UPGRADE Courses & STCW/Adv STCW Courses.
​Each Courses will have Exam Section at the end of E-Learning
​Minimum Pass Marks of Each Courses will be 50%.

​Example: - There will be 20quiz so to pass a Courses 10 QUIZ should be correct.
​There allowed three attempts of 40 minutes each. If at Once, you scored the said criteria no need to give next attempts.
​In Case you got below marks in all three attempts the e-learning will be closed for the said course for which you have given exam. And you need to inform us via email/WhatsApp, and we will allow you more attempts.
​E-Learning could be done over IPHONE /Android Phones/ iPad / laptop / desktop.
Important Information – Always the e-learning should be done in very good Wi-Fi connections.​

5. DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS

a) Upon completion of successful E-Learning the MARITIME Cook Islands CoC/CoP Procedure will be processed

b) in 2-3 working days the SOFT copies will be sent to your registered email as per filled application forms.

c) The Originals will be sent to your registered Address refer to address as per Application forms by DHL Courier system.

d) Every step will be informed through email/Calls/WhatsApp for making the communications easier and hassle free.
