This is a very small family run business, and only have around 4/5 months of a season now where we can earn money.

I normally do ask for a deposit, but sometimes I can be lenient about this. However, not anymore 😵❌

For example, last night, we waited 40 minutes outside a hotel to collect a deposit from a customer who booked 2 trips for this coming week. He did not turn up. This means these 2 days he had booked, I turned other customers away, as it is the peak of the season, and now I have to try and find other customers to fill these empty spaces now.

This is unnecessary with some common courtesy. Please, manners cost nothing ☺️

As some of you may be aware, I have briefly returned to Scotland just now as my daughter started primary school & of course I could not miss her first day 😀

DON’T WORRY, as you are in good hands with my father & sister running the boat in my absence 😀

Noah Private Boat runs every day throughout the summer season ☀️😎

Anyone who has had a boat trip recently can vouch for the hospitality they provide ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family has been lucky enough to spend the majority of our time in Turkey over the last 6 years since Noah was born, but now the kids are school age, I am spliting my time between Scotland and Turkey. I am still running the boat, finding customers & doing the trips when I am in Turkey. Although I may not be physically doing every boat trip, I am behind the scenes ensuring the boat runs smoothly every day over the season.

I am sorry to the customers that don’t get to meet me in person, as sometimes I have to return to Scotland at short notice. But we are a family business afterall & in my absence my family do an amazing job 💪🏼⭐️

You all know how amazing my dad & sister are, if you have had the privledge of a boat trip with them in the last few years ❤️🇹🇷🚤⚓️

I will be back soon, and hopefully catch the last month or so of the season & see some of my good customers old & new 🙏🏼

I just want to take some time to say a massive THANK YOU to all my customers so far this season. Old & new.

As a small family business, this season has been by far the hardest since we started out this business 13 years ago. I appreciate every single one of you that is able to keep my business floating 🚤⚓️ without your lovely custom, it would not be possible! I am hopeful that with customers as loyal as you all, Noah Boat will continue for many years to come. Maybe one day my 2 sons & daughter will run the boat 😂🤗

With the massive inflation rise in Turkey 🇹🇷 the cost of fuel for the boat 🚤 , food etc, it has been difficult trying to find a happy medium by keeping our prices down, but still able to make a living ☺️

I understand as tourists you may think Turkey is so expensive, and I agree, because it absolutely is. However, I have kept my costs at a bare minimum again for this year, to try and keep my old customers happy, and attract new customers 🙏🏼🧿😊

When I started out on this journey 13 years ago, there was only around 3 private boats in Marmaris. There was no competition & we found customers so easily every day, and were fully booked all season.

Now, there is around 70 private boats in Marmaris. So - you do the maths of how tough finding customers, keeping them happy, keeping the price down, but still earning a living actually is.
