Have you ever been abused and confused?
I have! Let me start by defining violence. Violence is the intentional use of force or power to harm or threaten others physically, emotionally, or socially. It can manifest in various forms, including physical aggression, verbal abuse, or coercive actions, causing harm or fear to individuals, households or communities.
Let zoom into gender-based violence now. These are harmful actions that are directed at an individual or a group based on their gender. It is rooted in unequal power relationships between genders and often disproportionately affects women and girls. This form of violence can manifest in various ways, including physical, sexual, or psychological harm, and it can occur in both private and public spheres.
Common examples of gender-based violence include domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault, human trafficking, and harmful cultural practices like female ge***al mutilation. These acts are not only damaging on an individual level but also contribute to the perpetuation of gender inequalities and discrimination. Now, that we have the definitions of violence and gender based violence it is time for me to speak up. I know now, that the purpose each of us are here to fulfill is directly connected to the pain we endure and evolve into testimony. That being said, I have spoken about my experience with r**e but I’ve never publicly spoken up on the other various forms of violence I’ve experienced throughout my life. God give me strength to speak UP today!
Can you imagine being lied to all of your life and then punished, beaten and emotionally abandoned when you learned the truth? I was 12 just about to turn 13 when the thread that held together life as I knew it was tugged and the unraveling began. At that time I had no concept of domestic violence. All I knew is life got cold fast and I wanted to wake up from the nightmare of being planassed, shouted at, uprooted and alone amongst people. Questioning my sanity, unable to function and nowhere to run, I survived.

✨Soul Sistaz Women’s Retreat: The Birthing Journey
🌸 On 11.11.2020, I birthed a vision that blossomed into a transformative sisterhood – this was my second successful retreat. Despite initial doubts and anxiety, I invested in the vision, securing the location and retreat packages before the first ticket sale.
🌿 This sacred initiation brought together 12 amazing women willing to love, heal, and connect. Our goal was profound: fostering learning, inspiration, and conversations that matter for women. We celebrated the divine forms of motherhood within, birthing starseeds for a better world. Thank you to each woman who invested in themselves and trust me and our facilitators to guide them through the depths of this sacred journey.
Times, themes, cycles have evolved, and a new season is here. Let's UNITE and support each other on this journey. Despite facing a very difficult sister wound, I healed and embraced the call on my life after sharing my retreat concept with an international mentor who poached the concept and operated as though it was invalid at the time. I persevered. This initiation, now complete three years later, has evolved us all in alignment with our soul’s journey. I’m sharing this experience in obedience and faith knowing that it can encourage a sister to persevere despite injustice. Special thanks to .consultancy for standing with me. Glory to God.
This faith walk is truly for those who can endure till the end. Thank you for your preservation and directive.
In Genesis, the Creator rested on the 7th Day. There were 7 persons present when Christ taught the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew. Deuteronomy tells us that on every 7th year, the Israelites were to cancel all the debts they had made with each other and free their slaves. We further see 7’s connection with exoneration when Peter asks Christ how many times we are to forgive each other and He replied, “seventy times seven”. In the context of healing, the prophet Elisha referenced the number 7 when he directed Naaman the l***r to bathe in the Jordan River 7 times to be healed. Let’s not forget the 7 healing miracles specifically, Christ healed the following 7 people on the 7th day:
A man with a deformed hand (Matthew 12:9-13); A man possessed by an unclean spirit (Mark 1:23-26); Peter’s mother-in-law with fever (Mark 1:29-31); A woman crippled by a spirit (Luke 13:10-13); A man with abnormal swelling of the body (Luke 14:1-4); A lame man by the pool of Bethesda (John 5:5-9); and A man born blind (John 9:1-7). I look forward to what the Lord has in store as one chapter has ended and a new one has begun!
It’s amazing how everything has been attuned to the word so I come in the volume of the book as it is written of me, through the power of my indwelling Holy Spirit, we continue safeguard, the truth of the glorious gospel of God and share it with those with whom we resonate... and so we fulfil our ministry, unapologetically.

We have lots in store in the days ahead and I say thank you for being patient and growing through the process with me. Tomorrow we turn 7!
What a journey this has been. I almost gave up but God did not allow me to quit on my Divine Destiny and that humbled me. Last year I got naked in front of all of you and publicly REDEDICATED Zahr Wellness to Most High in obedience, then we birthed which activated the Psalm 23 anointing over every contributor. Now, I have been mandated to impact 500 women with ProspHer!
I have only just been given clearance to drop this news and the first cycle commences on Monday! This Self Love Sisterhood launches with our first ProspHer 3 Day Self Love Tour with the theme “Cast your Net!”
