Job Title: Kitchen Assistant 1 (Front Attendant)
Job Description: Ensure that the service area is clean, attended to and operational at all times. Keeping customers satisfied by ensuring:
1) Consistency of quality service
2) Accuracy of cost of items sold
3) Knowledge of items being sold
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring the service area is clean and hygienic
• Disposing of Rubbish
• Periodic sanitization of all counter tops in the service area
• Collection and payment of goods received
• Constant communication with kitchen staff on orders
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
• Assist other members of staff where necessary to benefit the organization
