At Progressive Dental, we advised this patient on the best course of action when it came to having a dental crown. In less than 4 minutes, this patient’s mouth was digitally scanned using the iTero scanner. We don’t take dental impressions for crowns and brdges using bulky, uncomfortalbe tray materials. The digital scanning is fast and comfortable for the patient.

After scanning, the images were uploaded to a lab that 3D-printed the zirconia crown. The crown was then fabricated and delivered to us within a week for the patient.

Why Zirconia crowns? Zirconia is extremely strong and durable and is less likely to cause an allergic response in the body.
