We were honored to execute an unforgettable celebration filled with inspiring moments. thought-provoking speech on building a legacy resonated with everyone. stunning mural, a masterpiece of artistry, was the centerpiece of the event. culinary creations delighted our taste buds with a fusion of flavors. This event was a testament to Nestlé’s rich history and the vibrant spirit of Trinidad and Tobago.”

Eximbank turned heads at the this weekend! We executed their booth with a fresh take on white accents, grass, and planters, it even caught the Prime Minister’s eye! 🪴

The clean, white aesthetic of booth served as a neutral foundation, allowing Guardian’s brand colors and imagery to take center stage, reflecting their people-centric values 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏻

approached us with the amazing idea to create an iconic back wall that featured the parts of an AC Unit, connected by LED Lighting 💡 at their booth. With some collaboration we were able to execute their vision!

We were thrilled to execute another Pavillion at this year’s for one of its sponsors Eximbank! 💙

This modern booth featured Eximbank’s signature blue, and was built on top of a globe floor adhesive, highlighting their commitment to the expansion of the import- export sector.

We’re thrilled to have designed and built the show stopping pavilion at this year!

The booth wasn’t just about looking good (although it did ) - it was all about getting interactive! A massive 20ft LED screen and an immersive Jeopardy-style game engaged visitors and taught them all about the Ministry’s brand and offerings in a fun and engaging way.

It’s unusual for representatives from corporate offices throughout the Caribbean to fly to Trinidad and Tobago for an awards ceremony, yet this was exactly what Sagicor’s Groups Annual Awards – Invictus achieved! 🏆

One hour after the conclusion of “The Brave Ones” we transformed the Hyatt’s Ballroom and Foyer for Invictus! Gone were the blue and silver futuristic elements and in their place we revealed strong black and gold elements with beautiful Grecian florals! 💐

It was important to have a strong visual and thematic contrast between the two events, to ensure an impactful unveiling.

The Hyatt ballroom was completely transformed into a realm of wonder 🔮 The room featured two stages: a breathtaking main stage to highlight the awardees’ accomplishments and a secondary stage planted in the middle of the room, nestled under the cascading florals 💐 of a 30ft chandelier. This was a dedicated stage for the evening’s performances, creating a truly immersive 360 experience.

The gold and ivory tablescapes, paired with several wooden elements, fresh floral arrangements and enchanting tree centerpieces brought the Enchanted Garden to guests’ seats. Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago

The first step into our Enchanted garden, a portal to a world where Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago dreams became a reality!

This wasn't just an entrance; it was a promise of magic to come. Every detail, the bright florals, cascading greenery, towering pillars, and whimsical butterflies all working together to transport guests to a lush world beyond the ordinary. And this was only the beginning!

Looking back on the 2023 Proman Awards Ceremony - a morning filled with celebration and the vibrant shades of Proman green 🟩 The Stage, Trophies and Certificates themselves were a work of art, designed to mirror the geometric gradient shapes that are iconic to the brand 🏆

The use of fresh plants continued through to our stage design, which featured a massive 16ft LED Screen. The various shades of greenery, mixed with print elements, created an impactful Proman green presence inside the NESC auditorium. The turnout was beyond our expectations with the attendees of eager staff surpassing 350, marking the extraordinary event!

Reflecting on the success of our recent HSSE event with Proman! 🎉 Three days filled with innovation, safety, and unforgettable moments. The EV team was extremely grateful for the opportunity and we are looking forward to future successes together.

This year the Eventology team has been thrilled to work with a wide range of clients on some stunning projects! We have to thank the folks at GSK for trusting us and challenging us with a project unlike any other! The brief was an exciting one, build a 26ft Maze that guests can walk through to experience and understand what it's like to be affected by Shingles.

Our team quickly embraced the opportunity to tell the story of the groundbreaking Shingles pharmaceutical product using several interactive elements within the Maze, that facilitated engagement with attendees in a way that hasn’t been done before! There were lots of highlights but we are especially proud of our quick and efficient turnaround time. There was less than 24 hours to make the Maze happen.

The GSK team in Trinidad and Tobago and Columbia were exceptional partners in the process, giving timely feedback and insights that enabled the stunning outcome.

We were proud to be involved in the WORKS CREDIT UNION AGM for another year, providing event management and decor. The AGM was a pivotal moment for the credit union, where there were crucial discussions surrounding shaping their financial future.

We embraced the challenge of executing the event in Trinidad's Hilton and Tobago's Magdalena Grand, simultaneously. At both venues, we facilitated an environment that encouraged open and constructive dialogue among participants, a secure and efficient voting area, and ensured that the event ran smoothly and productively.

Design with (Re)Purpose! Using printed elements from our Eximbank Trade and Investment Convention (TIC) pavilion, earlier this year, we were able to reconstruct a new, simplified booth, at little cost to the client. Knowing during the initial design stages that the client intends to reuse the booth, impacts significantly the type of materials we select, and how we build.

We included some pictures of the original pavilion design at TIC. Can you spot the items that were re-purposed?

From design to ex*****on: photo booth & entrance. We originally pitched a blue color scheme for the National Youth Awards 2023, but we think black and gold was definitely the right way forward!

Guests entered the grand ballroom through an opulent, golden-draped entrance, with a red carpet rolled out just for the occasion. Inside, at the pre-event, they were invited to visit the photo area and have a short interview with host Crazy Legs.

We reimagined the popular Barbie Box, as a prestigious Trophy Box photo booth. Awardees were transformed as they stepped inside, into real lifesize trophies themselves!

Hosted by Kris Kennedy and Teri Leigh Bovell, the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service • Trinidad and Tobago National Youth Awards had an extraordinary roster of exciting performers. Skilled saxophonist, Saxman Kong, soothed guests, as they entered during the pre-show event. Entertainers MICAL TEJA, Nishard M, Xavier Strings, pannist Keisha Codrington, and DJ Elon gave outstanding performances throughout the night's proceeding. The selection of performers was carefully curated to showcase the impressive diversity and exceptional talents within our community.
