The CTU is pleased to support the Caribbean Meteorological Organisation (CMO) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in hosting its Caribbean Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) Capacity Development and Operational Readiness Workshop in Support of Early Warnings for All.
Hosted at the CTU's headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the workshop is taking place from the 5th - 9th August 2024. Participants from 13 countries from across the region are represented at this meeting. The CMO, the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH) and the University of the West Indies St Augustine (UWI) are also in attendance.
The CMO is part of the CTU Spectrum Management Task Force.
