We set goals 6 months ago and everyone bought into the system. 27 competitors and we can back with 41 medals on no gi day.

Free Kids Self Defense Camp

Here at Catch Jiu Jitsu we think everyone deserves to feel safe! We're proud to offer a free self-defense course to anyone looking to learn how to defend themselves effectively.
Our course is taught by experienced instructors who have years of experience in teaching students how to protect themselves. We'll cover a variety of techniques, including grappling, submissions, takedowns, and much more. You'll also learn situational awareness and how to stay safe in any situation.
Course will run for 4 weeks on Wednesday at 19:00 from March 15th until April 5th. Space will be limited, so please only sign up if you can make all 4 classes.
