We Are South 南迴樂

10 years ago, there was a live music renaissance going on in South Taiwan. A whole heap of good folk from Owen Sound were living there and making music in all sorts of bands. People would ask, 'what's in the water in Owen Sound', how did you all end up here and why are you all so passionate about making music?

Maybe other people from here can answer that better than me, all I know is that we were having a good time.

This track is from the first official Loose Lion release 10 years ago today. From Owen Sound it features Angus Cruickshank, Drew Dinsmore, Maeve Mc and myself along side the Lion himself, Jeremy Clubb and the sax master Greg Rushton.

看看我們樂手聚在一起的即興表演
Some of the best things happen when we improvise together. Come check out one of our favourite parts of the festival. We have jams scheduled all day 1/26. Start out by joining us on the bus leaving from Rocks at 3pm with a bus ride around the city while Reggie leads us on a percussion jam. Then we get dropped off at Venue around 4pm for a free jam on stage. Finally we roll the dice and see who's up for jammin late night after Combobulators at 洛克音樂藝文展演空間 Rock Music Live House.
