春木人文咖啡館於2008年由春木建設機構創立。
以代表智慧、幸福的貓頭鷹為象徵圖案
春木的溫度，暖暖的，從一進入接待中心就感受得到。曾在河堤開過咖啡館的春木，在每個接待中心案場都會放一組專業的咖啡機，並以自家進口咖啡豆來烘煮，和來訪客人以濃濃的咖啡香分享。
