When a customer faced an overheating issue with equipment on their vessel, we quickly responded with an effective temporary solution: using Real Tern's finned heat exchanger RT60.

Overheating fluid is cooled by sending over to an external close system before pumping up to the machine.
It is fairly helpful with the external circulation system to cool the fluids while the room in the machine is not spacious.
There are two options Real Tern provides- Without oil reservoir or with oil reservoir.

Oil cooler MTB389 is designed specifically for European/US. standard. The oil cooler's dimensions, port threading, mouting, fan motor (ie. DC driven, axial fan, electric motor, hydraulic motor) are spec'd respectively.
The oil cooler core is made with aluminum finned tubes attached, in order to increase the surface area available for heat transfer. Tabulators create bending paths to slow down the oil or fluids going through.
The cooler MTB389 is well equipped with the temp. switch and LLF(Long Life) fan to accurately control the temperature and significantly save your cost.
