UYOUNG take 976 days on research and development to build the new brand - YOGURT MASTER. It includes specification for yogurt beverages, formula in production, patent application and related research papers of Yogurt Bio Beverage.

In October 2019, the first store has opened in Taiwan with commodification in patent and technology of Yogurt Bio Beverage. In addition to the classic product- Brown Sugar bubble Yogurt, there are many special Yogurt beverages, such as Fruit Yogurt, the unique Fruit Yogurt Foam beverage, and so on.

Since the store opened, there is a continuous stream of customers visiting YOGURT MASTER, not only the new customers but also regulars. Furthermore, YOGURT MASTER receives many enquiries from franchisees and agents.

In 2019, UYOUNG and professor Wu Ming Tsang & Dr. Syu Yu Ming, the staff of Kaohsiung Medical University Research Center for Environmental Medicine, carried out the industry-academia cooperation project -“Components Analysis of the Extracts of Yogurt Bio Beverage Using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)”.
Also, we were proudly invited to join 2019 ICFEOM by KMU. During the conference, YOGURT MASTER, the brand under UYOUNG, provided over 135 cup of Coffee Jelly with Bubble Yogurt for free. The local and foreign researchers could taste the special yogurt beverages. UYOUNG hope that the unique hand shake yogurt beverages of Taiwan will be known all over the world.

Quality Inspection🔎
The quality and safety management laboratory has been established independently. The testing projects mainly include chemical projects and microbial projects which include sugar, acidity, pH value, viscosity, total bacterial count, e. coli, salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, mold and yeast. We have been continuously increased other testing projects. In addition to the independent inspection, the product is also sent to a third-party inspection unit. The inspection units include SGS, TÜV Rheinland (Germany) and JTS (JTTES SERVICE CORPORATION).
Those units are accredited by the TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation). By carrying out multiple food safety inspection, we could keep the quality of products is qualified.

Sterilization☄️
The peel of fruits and vegetables is the first line of defense in contact with the outside world, just like human skin. Human skin surface has staphylococcus sp., Lactobacillus sp., pseudomonas aeruginosa, Propionibacterium and other microorganisms, just like fruits and vegetables have residual wild yeast (Saccharomyces sp.), Acetobacter, penicillium and other microorganisms. We especially introduce the efficient Automatic Steam sterilization System (High Performance Automatic Steam System) using different between 54 ~ 75 °C of steam for surface sterilization. The steam fills the gaps in the hole fruits and vegetables plant, which makes perfect sterilization effect.

Aeration💦
The growing period of fruits and vegetables is as long as 2-3 months, or as long as half a year or more. The planting and harvesting process is subject to environmental contamination. Therefore, after the purchase of selected fruits and vegetables, we use clean water for the first rinse. Rough-skinned dragon fruit peel - anti-inflammatory
Pomelo peel - antibacterial

The peels and seeds that we usually abandon from fruits include many phytochemicals. For example, apple peel has a lot of anti-allergy compound quercetin. Over 50% quercetin is in apple peels. It’s a pity that we remove the peels from consuming fruits.
