力勁集團在深汕特別合作區智慧裝備製造基地正式發佈 #16000噸 超級智慧壓鑄單元。
力勁集團創始人劉相尚先生及CEO劉卓銘先生、力勁集團深圳領威科技有限公司總經理潘玲玲女士等出席揭幕儀式。
力勁 #16000噸 壓鑄單元不是簡單的放大，從材料、結構、鑄造工藝各方面優化，實現了 #16000噸 大板的一次性澆鑄，行業首創新型直壓式結構，減少三分之二的潤滑點位，潤滑油用量減少70%以上。
應用了先進的鑄造工藝和更強的範本結構，占地面積更小，生產效率更高，能源用量更少，除塵淨化系統運行效果更優異。採用了全新鎖模結構和更智慧的控制系統，配備先進的打料系統、高效的快速換模系統，LK-NET雲壓鑄網路管理系統支援OPC-UA、Profinet、Modibus TCP/IP等聯網接入，將在更大尺寸的汽車一體化壓鑄結構件製造領域獲得更廣泛的應用。
短短一年時間，力勁超大型智慧壓鑄單元實現了12000噸到16000噸的突破，持續為整個新能源產業注入動力，是鑄造產業高端化、綠色化發展的又一個里程碑事件，將持續帶動上游黑色鑄造等產業鏈的蓬勃發展，為實現技術更複雜、尺寸更大汽車結構件的一體化製造提供更多可能性。

LK #16000 ton super smart die-casting unit is coming🎉🎉🎉
LK Group officially released the #16,000-ton super smart die-casting unit at the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone smart equipment manufacturing base.
LK Group founder Mr. Liu Xiangshang and CEO Mr. Liu Zhuoming, and General Manager of LK Group Shenzhen Lingwei Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Pan Lingling attended the unveiling ceremony.
LK Group #16,000-ton die-casting unit is not a simple enlargement. It optimizes materials, structures, and casting processes to achieve one-time casting of #16,000-ton large plates. The industry's first innovative direct-pressure structure reduces lubrication by two-thirds. point, the lubricating oil consumption is reduced by more than 70%.
The application of advanced casting technology and stronger template structure results in a smaller footprint, higher production efficiency, less energy consumption, and better dust removal and purification system operation. It adopts a new clamping structure and a smarter control system, equipped with an advanced cutting system and an efficient rapid mold change system. The LK-NET cloud die-casting network management system supports OPC-UA, Profinet, Modibus TCP/IP and other network connections. With the introduction, it will be more widely used in the field of manufacturing larger-sized automotive integrated die-casting structural parts.
