今天跟大家分享的老虎照片，是主廚Koushik在印度的卡納塔克邦拍攝的。地點離許多台灣科技人出差常去的班加羅爾（Bangalore)車程大約四小時。

As we approach the year of the tiger, he is a tiger moment that I truly enjoyed photographing at the kanha tiger reserve in India.

A moment that will forever be in my memory and one of my best clicks to date of the national animal of India - the royal bengal tiger.

Just hoping that this year of the tiger, we will all overcome our obstacles and get over this Covid and bring life back to normalcy.

Wildlife photography is more than just a pleasure hobby to me. I learn a lot from the wild and have inspired many to pursue it with all dedication and affection.

A tiger in the wild teaches one a lot of things that you can take back and apply yo your everyday life. Staying focused to its targeted prey and waiting for the right moment to pounce upon and win its prized meal is very similar to what any entrepreneur has to follow to win over deals in their respective markets. Don’t just be all over the place, be focused, wait for the moment and you will win.

May we all win in this upcoming tiger year. Advance happy Chinese New Year.

這一兩年來，尤其因為疫情，除了時常聽到人說希望一年快過去，也時常聽到各種生活不便，或是需要調整生活型態的故事、心情分享。幸運在台灣的我們，以及身邊親友，也紛紛受到各種衝擊。Daily Goods也是因此構思。

We are test launching our e-commerce Daily Goods today. The project started with the intention that good products, from good makers, should reach and improve our life.

2020 and 2021 are filled with stories of immense impacts, and stories of survival and hardships. Even in Taiwan, where we feel fortunate, privileged and relatively safe from the chaos of the pandemic, comments like “the year has to pass” or “the bad days has to end” are often passed around.
�We might feel small but our accumulated efforts and Good choices can create real influence. Every day, we are touched to see people following protocols and clean hands spontaneously. These are actions with good reasonable decisions that have lead to good results in our daily life. Good nudges. And what are the simple, but good efforts we an easily make and help other people make? We are looking to fill multiple positions across Neihu, Xinyi, and Banqiao.

Responsible for handling customers and taking orders
Follow a Simple SOP to assemble the meal as per customer order (This is more like any major fast-food chain operation).
Keep the place neat and clean
Keep all the equipment well maintained
Inventory planning and ordering from the central warehouse
Must be able to communicate in fluent Chinese and have basic English proficiency.

A work permit is required and we will not be processing a work permit for this position. Candidates with Taiwan ID, APRC and Student work permits (for part-time roles) are welcome to apply.

Tandoori Chicken

The process to cook this dish involves marinating the whole chicken in a medley of spices, hung yogurt and a lot more goodness for about 6-8 hours. We generally do it over night as a preparation for next day service.

One marinated well, we put them kn skewers into a charcoal tandoor oven and cook in heat and smoke.

The smoky flavour without too much burns is how you want your chicken tandoori to be.

Please Note: we do not add any coloring agents in any of our dishes and retain natural color tones of the ingredients.

It is served with a generous squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of chaat masala, green chutney and a bit of salad.

Squeeze the lemon, drip into the green chutney and feast.

Responsible for assisting the chef with day to day kitchen operations including preparation of items following standard recipe and SOP
Cutting vegetables and meat, and properly storing in the cold storage following strict hygiene practices.
Keeping the kitchen equipment clean and maintained.
The candidate should be bilingual (English and mandarin) and be able to work in a international work environment.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus, however not compulsory.
After basic training, you will be posted to our of our branch locations in Taipei City.
Having Taiwanese culinary license of Chinese / western cuisine is a big plus.
