Hailing from Guatemala, Chef Melanie Garcia has worked her culinary magic in America before finding her second home in Taiwan. Renowned as the co-chef of Gēn Creative and Nena by Gēn Creative, she brings a multicultural background to her craft. Chef Melanie’s passion and cooking philosophy not only inspire aspiring chefs but also infuse a breath of fresh air into the local culinary scene.

As longtime friends, Chef Nick and Melanie are teaming up to CO-PLAY with flavours, integrating the rich heritage of Latin America's cuisine. Together, they will take our palates on a journey to the Latin World, unraveling the food culture and history while treating us to a delectable array of dishes.

Expect to be wowed by dishes inspired by regional and traditional Latino favorites. The flavours are HOT, and the experience is not to be missed!

When we opened Bottless in 2020, the intent was to have a space where the food and wine are presented in a casual setting. The inside joke was that we’ve always envisioned it to be a Western quick stir-fry concept. (西式熱炒)

As the years progressed, Bottless has matured into a full-fledge eatery, offering brunch, dinner, and wines on tap. Post Chinese New Year 2022, we’ve started to think if there could be an extension to the brand itself. After a few months spent and many drinks drank with our creative department, concept Bottle Pop was born.

Bottle Pop is a multi-function space that embodies a retail wine shop, wine club, tasting room, and a wine bar that offers tapas and sweets. What we aim to bring this time, is a space where not only you can enjoy a few glasses of wine and some light-bites throughout the day, but also have the options to bring home a few bottles.

Although the content is slightly different, Bottle Pop still inherited Bottless’ core value; to bring joy and smile to our guests, a glass, or a few bottles at a time.

Bottle Pop享瓶提供的是好友們一起開瓶的樂趣及傳遞開瓶後帶來增添日常生活的愜意；提供一個多功能空間，包括葡萄酒零售、汲飲葡萄酒及品酒室和提供外帶西式小吃和甜點甜食的商店，想傳達的是一種生活美學風格方式和品飲文化，您不僅可以全天享用幾杯葡萄酒和一些跨國界

10月4日是世界動物日，選擇在前一週9月29日舉辦這場動保慈善盛宴特別具有意義。
為了更強調友善環境和生命承諾的概念，這一次所有大廚、要一起挑戰相當具有難度的「蔬食」來呈現一道一道的精緻料理，這不只考驗了所有大廚們的蔬食手藝，更是考驗著台灣這塊土地，對公益餐會和友善生命的認知，期待號召更多人重視且善待與人類息息相關的動物。

晚宴不只有四手六手八手一星二星好多星星的Chef聯手公益參與，這次，所有主廚們為了公益餐會以Fine dining的模式，設計了3 canapés和「4 + 1」道餐點，並由世界調酒冠軍AHA Saloon創辦人尹德凱Kae Yin 為晚宴前的cocktail hour發想設計一款調酒及一款無酒精飲品。超級夢幻華麗的餐飲界組合，從傳遞在地飲食文化到協助弱勢團體，主廚們發揮自己的專業和影響力，透過料理和活動，向大眾傳達好好地吃也能改變世界。

從2019年底開始，我們經歷了很多變化，但有時後有些變化是好的，它讓我們能夠繼續成長並更加了解自己。

從今年7月開始，nena 將會再多一些轉變，除了保留nena 甜點的 DNA，同時增加了一些驚喜給大家。

翻新工程會持續至八月底，我們對nena的新計畫感到非常興奮，也會持續讓喜歡nena的人可以隨時得到最新的進展。

本週將是 nena 翻新工程前最後一週營業，在短暫的休息之前，歡迎過來吃點甜點和冰淇淋。而當nena煥然一新後，我們將一樣會有甜點、客制蛋糕及節日禮盒可供預訂。如有任何疑問，請發送電子郵件至[email protected]。

We came across this while sorting through past records. We are still awed and honored to be featured on , along with other great mentions.

We’ve all experienced quite a few changes since the end of 2019. But change is good at times. It allows us to continue to grow and better understand ourselves.

Starting July, nena will go through some transformation of its own. We are still keeping its sweet DNA; but also adding a few more offerings and surprises.

The renovation should take us towards the end of August. We are extremely excited about the new direction, and will most definitely keep everyone posted with our progress.

This week will be nena’s last week before construction. Please swing by for some sweets and ice cream before our short break. And of course after our return we will have sweets available for pre order as well as custom cakes & seasonal boxes. For any inquiries please email us at [email protected].
