設計師出身、因緣際會成為新創企業家與連續創業家的洪裕鈞 Royce，目前是打造台灣第一輛電動超跑、開發出全球首度進入量產的浸沒式冷卻電池系統的 XING Mobility 行競科技創辦人與董事長。目前也擔任台灣家電業市佔率第一的電的 Panasonic Taiwan台灣松下電器的董事長，以及創立16 年、專精於遠距視訊溝通工具的創新公司 IPEVO 愛比科技創辦人與董事長，旗下產品在美國 K-12 學校有超過60%的滲透率。

Royce 擅長將設計思維與前端科技策略相融合，跨越並鏈結不同的尺度與領域。他對典範轉移的興趣驅使他專注於那些正在經歷重大變革、卻仍被忽視且缺乏資源的產業，利用新技術和創新帶來的機遇，挑戰並改變現有的標準與現狀。

回顧 8 年創業歷程，洪裕鈞Royce Hong最初單憑一股對車的熱愛，親手打造一台純電動超跑，也因為有這樣的嘗試，才能早在市場之先發現了電池的困境，也催生了後續開發浸沒式冷卻技術的契機。

如同蘋果創辦人賈伯斯（Steve Jobs）說的： 「你不可能有先見之明，只能有後見之明，因此，你必須相信，這些小事一定會和你的未來產生關聯。」（”You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”），洪裕鈞說，「現在回想起來，真的好像一切都是串連好的，幸好這 8 年之間自己跟團隊都沒有放棄」，「也還好，當時有（做電動超跑）那個笨笨的勇氣跟瘋狂的夢想，要不是當初那股毅然決然，行競科技也不會有現在的發展。」

To illustrate the dramatic improvement in safety, XING Mobility shows IMMERSIO™️ undergoing 3 Needles Pe*******on Test, in which 3 needles are inserted into battery cells within a pack to deliberately activate a fault and initiate thermal runaway.

In this famously difficult test, the immersion cooling battery system sees the fluid immediately act to prevent overheating in the cell, in contrast to the unprotected control pack to the left which almost immediately goes into thermal runaway.
