Dumaguete City has further relaxed its travel requirements for fully vaccinated individuals who wish to enter the city, after it adopted the guidelines in the provincial Executive Order 43-2021.

Here are the new requirements for entry into Dumaguete City:

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Vaccination card
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A photocopy of both to be given to border control authorities upon arrival for contact tracing purposes.
FOR UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A NON-REACTIVE or NEGATIVE ANTIGEN test result valid for 48 hours after release of the result
✅ A photocopy of both, in one page, to give to border control authorities for contact tracing purposes.

The city government also noted that the S-PASS is NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry.

Sa mga uuwi ng pinas or may balak mag ibang bansa na galing dito sa taiwan, kailangan nyo po ipa international certificate ang yellow card (COVID-19 vaccination record) ninyo dito sa taiwan kasi po ang taiwan hindi sya kabilang o kasali sa WHO.
Meron pong 32 na hospital dito sa taiwan ang gumagawa nito dalhin nyo lang ang inyong PASSPORT, ARC at HEALTH INSURANCE CARD at pera.. meron pong public hospitals n kabilang sa 32 pero per schedule sila at mura lang pero usually sa private hospital po everyday at medyo pricey pero dahil kailangan kaya no choice.
Kung aalis ka at naka 1st dose ka lng pwede padin wala naman pong problema basta dala mo ang passport, arc at health insurance at pera.pero kung wala ka namang balak na uuwi o bakasyon o lalabas ng ibang bansa hintayin mo nalang muna ang 2nd dose mo pra isang bayaran ka lang ng di naman masayang yung pera mo.

TAIWAN EXTENDS VISA-FREE ENTRY FOR FILIPINOS

From August 1, 2021, visa-free entry for Filipino nationals will be extended for one more year until July 31, 2022.

Kindly take note that the said visa-free policy extension to Filipinos until July 31, 2022 does not indicate an opening-up of Taiwan to foreign tourists amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Existing travel regulations for leisure travel set by Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) must still be strictly followed.
