DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION

The following documents & information MUST be received at least at 5 days prior to the vessel’s arrival at Dar es Salaam

• Original B/L.
• Copy of packing list – per container
• Copy of commercial invoice-per container
• Any other relevant certificates if aid/donation/relief cargo involved
• Bill of landing must show Dar Es Salaam as port of discharge and the final destination as place of delivery

NB: Incorrect documentation is the most common reason for delays & fines. Costs arising as a result of missing or in correct documentation will be for the account of cargo.
