CHRISTMAS CRAFT 🎅🏼
Christmas is around the corner, and to be in the festive spirit, we made our very own Santa Claus 🎅🏼
Watermelon art 🍉
we learnt the word “watermelon” and the colours of the watermelon while we enjoyed sponge painting 🎨
INTRODUCTION TO JOLLY PHONICS 🔤
Jolly Phonics is an interactive and child-centred approach to teaching early literacy concepts. The main philosophy behind this teaching method is that the sound of the letters is more helpful when learning, reading and writing before the alphabet name.
STORY TELLING 📚📖
Reading for your little ones can be beneficial in many ways, it improves the child’s listening skills and builds their attention span. It’s a great way of limiting screen time and improves social and emotional development.
Let’s read for our little ones everyday as it also strengthens the bond with parents ♥️
ICE PAINTING 🧊🎨🖌️
A fascinating and enthralling activity that gives tiny tots liberty to feel the cold ice and observe the vibrant colors emerge.
🔸SILLY MONSTER SHAPE CRAFT🔸
Using shapes learnt in the classroom to create a monster turned out to be a great way to stimulate their creativity & imagination!
🎨 PROCESS ART 🎨
A little escape from the traditional painting on paper to brushing strokes on an aluminum foil. Foil is an amazing mediam that is slippery, reflective and allows the paint to glide effortlessly 🎨 🖌️
One of the many ways to unleash your child’s creativity and imagination 💭 🦋
🧸🚗 SHOW & TELL 🚗🧸
Indeed a very interactive and engaging session this morning. Exchange of words and conversations between the students helps in building communication skills that will serve as a solid foundation for future learning! 💪🏼🥳
What a win win situation; flaunt your toy and discover your buddies favorites! Oh happy days for the Crocodiles 🐊
🧶 🔹🔸🔻PASTING 🔻🔸🔹🧶
Pasting is a sensory activity that aims to develop fine motor skills. It improves order, coordination and concentration skills.
🟢🔵🟠 PLAY DOUGH PLAY 🟢🔵🟠
Play dough builds strength in a child’s hands. Rolling, squishing, moulding, breaking, and flattering helps to develop muscles that are used for fine motor movements.
These muscles are very important for future skills such as holding a pencil and using scissors ✏️✂️
🧽 💦 SQUEEZE! 🧽 💦
Indulging in waterplay to achieve results manifold - fun with water, enhancement of concentration and strengthening of hand and finger muscles 💪
These light weight foam blocks are easily glued together with shaving cream. Children were able to construct a tall tower with these light weight blocks 🧱
Gradually, they were able to construct, deconstruct and reconstruct their choice of structure allowing their imagination to blossom!
Observing them interact with their friends and have fun was wonderful. While playing, they were enhancing their social and creative abilities 🤗

MATH 🧮
Learning about Place Value: Tens and Ones.
The Lions enjoyed choosing a number, building it and then writing the number (numerical figure and name). The activity added an extra level to the challenge and brought on a competitive element between the students 👏
P.E.💪🏼
As children work on moving over, under, around, and through tunnels, they are trying out new ways of moving which they might not have thought of yet. Subconsciously this is building their coordination and balance⚖️.
KARATE🥋
We learnt how to punch & kick today!
Mr Ali, made the session fun & engaging while encouraging each child to show their best! It was trial and error but each child showed off their inner strength🤸♂️.
GROSS MOTOR SKILLS💪🏼
Climbing plays a key role in the development of motor skills in early childhood. It helps hone spatial and directional awareness and boosts physical skills such as balance and hand-eye coordination 👀.
STEM👷🏻
The Stacking Cups Activity motivates the child to use both hands in motion together, sparking bilateral coordination. Such activities benefit cognitive development and targets specific areas of the mind and body which enhance intelligence and problem solving skills 🤓.
