Quiche with cheese and spinach

📖 Ingredients:

- Flour - 280 g.
- Butter - 170 g.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cold water - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Bow - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Spinach - 250 g.
- Cheese - 150 g.
- Fatty cream - 400 ml.
- Egg - 3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - 1.5 tsp each.
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Cooking:

1. Grind butter with flour and a pinch of salt.
2. Add egg, cold water and knead into a smooth dough. Form into a ball, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Coarsely chop the spinach.
4. Cut the onion into cubes. Chop the garlic.
5. Brown the onion and garlic in a pan.
6. Add spinach, 1 tsp. salt, pepper, simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Cheese grate
8. In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, 0.5 tsp. salt and pepper.
