Hi Everyone,

We want to share with you a new initiative that we are glad to help organise. Today, a new fundraiser was launched to support Ukraine.

KSE Foundation together with UACC announces fundraising for drones for the frontline

Every day Ukrainian forces courageously fight off each and every attack of the Russian invaders. To protect the lives of our defenders, KSE Foundation, along with UACCusa, announces a new fundraiser for drones for the front line.

The first goal of our campaign is to cover the basic need for 25 drones with thermal cameras, the cost of which is $180,000. An additional thermal imager allows aerial reconnaissance aircraft to effectively destroy enemy troops at night, prevent enemy attacks and save our fighters.

Later, we plan to purchase Autel Evo Dual II quadcopters to support one of the military brigades, which currently defends positions in the East. We are convinced that this will help save the lives of our patriots.

We are grateful to our partners from UACC for helping and supporting Ukrainians during the war. You can also join the fundraising at the link: https://kse.ua/support/donation/ (“Tactical Equipment” option)

On February 24th, Russia invaded Ukraine and launched a full-scale war.

It’s been a difficult time for all of us, and there’s still a ways to go. Moloko Branding hasn’t stopped workin. We joined the information front on the first day of the war, and became fully-fledged fighters.

In close cooperation with Razom for Ukraine and other organizations, we helped to: transport humanitarian goods, write articles for international publications and media (including the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, Fox News), disseminate information about the war on social media (via ), as well as assist in organizing the evacuation of people from Mariupol.

Now, Moloko Branding is back to work and ready to take on new projects.

We believe in our victory and are ready to rebuild Ukraine's economy.

Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦

Brand your business.
It’s the best way to build trust with your customers.

The “build a brand” starter kit:

▫️Unique Logo Design
If you can’t notice it from 1 km away, then it’s either too complicated, or too similar to something else.

▫️Brand Font
It’s better to have a font that people immediately recognize you from.

▫️Brand Colours
Every company has their own colours you associate them with.

▫️Brand Guideline/BrandBook
If you don’t have proper guidelines, then you don’t have a brand.

▫️Brand Merchandise
Everyone likes free stuff. Especially if it’s from their favourite brand, and that’s more promotion for you.

▫️Social Media Design Adaptation
When your profile picture isn’t optimized for social media, it just looks tacky.

▫️Brand Communication
Your brand’s tone of voice should be consistent.

▫️Brand Positioning/Mission
You can’t get somewhere if you don’t know where you’re going.

📨 DM us if you need a hand with these. We’re always ready to help!

✅How to Get Verified on Instagram

A verified badge (the blue check beside a celebrity or brand account name) tells users that you're, in Instagram's words, "the authentic presence of a notable public figure, celebrity, global brand or entity it represents".

To request a verified badge, you must be a public figure, celebrity, or brand and meet certain requirements. If you've determined you fit Instagram's criteria for verification, follow these steps to request a badge:

Go to your profile (the person icon in bottom left corner).

Tap the three lines in the top right corner.

Click "Settings" > "Account" > "Request Verification"

Fill out the form, including username, Full Name, Known As, Category, and government-issued phoot ID.

📩When you've filled out all form fields, click "Send".

5 Motivational Phrases in English from Harvard Students.

▪️If you do not walk today, you'll have to run tomorrow.

▫️The level of education is in direct correlation with your salary.

▪️When today is over, it will never come back.

▫️Even now, your enemies are eagerly flipping through books.

▪️No pain, no gain.

🤝How to Make Every Interaction with Customers the Best it Can Be

Show empathy and gratitude. Are you familiar with the golden rule? "Treat others as you want to be treated."

The customer service golden rule should be "Treat customers as you want to be treated as a customer."

We've written about the importance of empathy in a customer-facing role a few times before, and it deserves to be underscored again here.

🙏Thank your customers for everything. Thank them for their patience if your company experiences an outage or disruption in service. Thank them for understanding if you or your company makes an error. Thank them for their loyalty when they renew or buy again. Thank them for taking the time to share their feedback, whether it's good or bad.

Be empathic in your responses to customer complaints and issues. You don't always know what's going on in your customers' daily lives, so err on the side of apologetic if they come to you with an issue -- great or small.

Customers are more likely to spend more and be loyal, longer, if they have a history of positive experiences with your company. Do your part to make each sign-off positive and gracious to make your customers feel good about working with you.

6 Motivational Phrases in English from Harvard Students.

Often while studying English, or any other language for that matter, we run into the problem of lack of motivation. Motivating phrases from Harvard students will provide a great spark when it comes to learning a foreign language.

1. If you fall asleep now, you will dream. If you study now, you will live your dream.
2. When you think it’s too late, the truth is, it’s still early
3. Studying is not about time. It’s about effort.
4. Life is not all about studying. But if you can’t even conquer this little part of life, then what else can you possibly do?
5. Enjoy the inexorable pain.
6. Not everyone can truly succeed in everything. But success only comes with self-management and determination.

🤝How to Make Customers Love Your Business

Your customers today have high expectations -- and if your business can't meet them, they're going to leave you for your competitors.

If that sounds harsh, well, it is. In addition to getting a product or service that works for them, they want to buy from companies that make it easy to get help when they need it, that go above and beyond for them, and that make them proud to support their corporate culture and philosophy.

You already know that the customer experience doesn't end with a sale it's an ongoing work in progress that companies should be constantly seeking to improve and iterate on. To get you started, here are our suggestions for building best customer service practices that will make your customers love interacting with your business.

▪️Show empathy and gratitude.
▫️Be transparent and communicative.
▪️Ask for and act on customer feedback.
▫️Surprise and delight your customers.
▪️Go where your customers are.
▫️Talk like a human.

🤫Instagram Hacks, Tips, & Features Everyone Should Know About (part 2)

👉Reorder filters and hide the ones you don't use.

👉To reorder or hide filters, add a new post and begin editing it.

When you get to the filters page, scroll to the very far right of your filters options and click "Manage."
To reorder filters, hold your finger down on the three grey lines on the far left of the filter you'd like to move, and drag it to reorder. To hide them, deselect the checkmark to the right.

👉To Tag a Post With Products

Once you've launched an Instagram Business account, you'll need to enable product tags to use them on a post that depicts a product. 🤫Tell a Captivating Story

Instagram is the perfect tool to create an emotional connection to your brand.

Instead of posting images that merely showcase your products, share images to evoke the feelings, dreams, and ideals you want associated with your brand.

Today, it’s fairly easy to compose and post beautiful images, but unfortunately, aesthetic beauty is not enough to be successfully marketable on Instagram.

🤫The key to establishing a loyal and enthusiastic following is to use your Instagram images to tell a story that captivates and engages your followers and allows them to be part of the adventure.

Achieving both of these goals -composing beautiful images and sharing them in an engaging and emotional way takes some work. But with preparation and attention, you have the potential to curate a dazzling feed that will keep your followers scrolling.

Photos from Moloko Branding's post 22/09/2020

There are four main ways your images can help or engage your followers. They can:

1️⃣Educate your followers
2️⃣Entertain your followers
3️⃣Assist your followers in solving a problem
4️⃣Motivate or inspire your followers

🗣Team performance is inextricably linked to leadership.

However, the lockdown-induced shift to remote work did transform the particular challenges of leadership. How to keep up productivity while being mindful of members’ physical and mental health?

According to a recent Forbes article, work-from-home (WFH) arrangements don’t automatically impair employee engagement. Rather, it depends on leaders whether team potential is harnessed during WFH.

🗣Communication
The key, however, is not to communicate simply more – but more effectively. This means communicating succinctly, with clear goals and expectations in mind, and choosing your channels wisely.

🗣Meetings
Steve Jobs’ cardinal rule of meetings was to have only essential people present, which cut down on explanatory ballast and tech troubles. Each item on the agenda – well-defined in advance – should have a participant responsible for it.

🙏Trust
Trust is an integral component of leadership, now more so than ever.
It’s best not to focus on inputs – exactly which tasks each team member is tackling at a time. Instead, concentrate on team accomplishments – the overall outputs.

💪Remote Team Building
Organize virtual ‘casual Fridays’, schedule digital coffee breaks, or set up a channel dedicated to swapping baby pictures, memes, and cat videos.

👥Balance Work And Life
Finally, it’s a manager’s responsibility to ensure that remote team members can successfully balance their work and personal lives.

When Is the Best Time to Post on Instagram in 2020?

On average, the best time to post on Instagram is between 2 PM and 3 PM CDT. However, the level of engagement you get can change dramatically depending on what day of the week you post. The best day to post on Instagram is Thursday, not just at 3 PM, but at 5 AM, 11 AM, and 4 PM as well.

As stated above, although 2 – 3 PM is considered the best time of day to post on Instagram, the day of the week on which you post can change how much engagement you actually get at 2 – 3 PM.

Why? Think about the little differences in your daily mood and routine t̶h̶e̶ o̶n̶e̶s̶ y̶o̶u̶ m̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ n̶o̶t̶ r̶e̶a̶l̶i̶z̶e̶ y̶o̶u̶ h̶a̶v̶e̶ and how they affect your behavior.

With 500 million daily users and more than 80 percent of Instagram accounts following a business account, it's crucial that marketers include Instagram as a part of their social media marketing strategy.

It all starts with your Instagram profile.

The best Instagram profiles have a few things in common, including easily identifiable usernames, a recognizable profile picture, a steady stream of Instagram Stories and photos, an informative yet delightful bio, a link to a relevant landing page or campaign, and more.

The Anatomy of a Perfect Instagram Profile

1. Public (Not Private) Profile

2. Easily Searchable Business Name

3. An On-Brand Instagram Profile Picture

4. Delightful, Actionable, Informative Bio

5. Trackable Link in Your Bio (That You Change Regularly)

6. High-Quality Photos

Instagram

How to Write Good Instagram Captions

Instagram marketing is all about the visuals. The quality of your photos will be the differentiating factor when it comes to gaining Instagram followers, getting them interested in your brand and showing off the human side of your business.

But the hard work doesn't end once you've taken that beautiful photo and edited it to perfection. The caption of your post is where you can give a voice to that visual content.

Write several drafts first.

Include a call-to-action.

Limit yourself to four hashtags.

Use emojis.

Cross-promote your other social channels.

When in doubt, keep it brief.

3 Powerful Sales Questions to Uncover Customer Needs

Truly, no one is better equipped to interact with potential buyers than a sales professional, and the best salespeople know exactly which questions to ask in order to uncover customer needs and to coach them through a sale. Here, we share three of the most powerful questions sales professionals can ask to determine customer needs earlier and close more deals.

1) What Is the Customer’s Propensity to Change?

The customers who are looking for a change and who are open to change present golden opportunities to sales reps.

2) Follow-Up Questions That Are As Specific As Possible

No, we don’t have one powerful question here. Rather, we have a set of guidelines for you to follow to frame powerful follow-up questions to help you uncover customer needs.

One of the most important parts of asking questions is actually listening to the answers customers and potential customers give.

No, we don’t have one powerful question here. Rather, we have a set of guidelines for you to follow to frame powerful follow-up questions to help you uncover customer needs as you meet with potential buyers.

3) What Prompted You to Look Into Our Product?

This powerful sales question is more complex than simply asking, “What are your needs?” To answer this question, a potential buyer may consider present needs and challenges or the desire to change or any number of reasons.

Instagram

Why You Shouldn't Buy Instagram Followers

Yes, you can buy Instagram followers. There are plenty of cheap services available that allow you to buy 1,000 followers for as little as $10 USD. But you’re only paying for a number. Many of those followers are either bots or inactive accounts, which means they’ll never engage with your posts.

This means your posts won’t show up on Explore Pages, or on your real audience’s newsfeeds. It will also make it hard to measure metrics.

Lastly, utilize the many different channels on the platform, like Instagram Live, IGTV, Instagram Stories, or Shopping on Instagram. There are so many different ways to connect with users, and by driving engagement through these features, you can drive engagement and traffic organically and authentically.

______

Companies with social media pages generally have a theme that relates to the organization.

The use of colors, sensory details, and styling all contribute to the overall theme of a page. I, for one, love thematic Instagrams — they're so aesthetically pleasing.

❓How to Pick and Adapt Instagram Story Content

🔴Look for buzzy, trendy content.

🔴Think about if you can make the story interactive.

🔴Decide if you can make the text sparse and actionable.

🔴Experiment, experiment, experiment.

🔴Be mindful of story length.

🔴Put yourself in the audience's shoes.⠀

______

Stop fooling yourself.

If you think you can succeed as a freelancer by hiding behind your computer screen, trying to "make it" on IG / Dribble / Behance - forget about it.

Real connections are made in real life. Trust is created when you look someone in the eyes. 5 minutes of small talk over coffee with a potential client can be worth 100x then improving your portfolio or making another post on social.

As humans we fear these interactions because we feel like we'll be judge, won't be liked or just plain blow it.

But the same thing that makes us fear these interactions also makes them so powerful. No great business (or design) was ever created by staying locked alone in the office.

Don't allow the title "introvert" be your excuse to not step out to the world and meet people.

It changes everything.

Timeline photos 31/07/2020

______
If you want to stop worrying where your next client will come from, you have to start thinking LONG TERM.

Consistent clients are a result of building a network, growing your social media reach, establishing a reputation, and creating a high-quality portfolio: all these take A LOT of time.

An even bigger problem is that the tactics needed to achieve these are NOT URGENT tasks. Things like posting consistently on social media, going to conferences, meeting new people, and updating your website gets pushed farther off of the calendar until we have no time to do them at all.

How do you cut this bad cycle of short-term thinking?
Carve out time for those things which are important even though they’re not urgent. Specifically, put it in your calendar to make sure that you get things done. Track your time for business development. Commit to long term thinking. Stay consistent in your efforts to build your network.

Timeline photos 27/07/2020

____

Clients don't choose the best option, they choose the least risky option. If you make the client feel that you have their best interest at heart, the more likely they are going to trust you. This is critical. Don't make it all about you.

If you want power, give up power.

First, identify the client's problem. Sometimes you are not the answer. Guide them towards the real solution of their problem, even if you don't offer that service.

Build trust. It's gold 🌟

____

You know what they say - "You only regret the things you didn't do".

It doesn't matter where you're from, where you're working or what skillset you have. The limits on what you can achieve and how much you can charge are set by you.

You need to believe in yourself the way your family, or your partner, or your dog does. Believe that you're proficient, unique and knowledgable of your craft. Take that further by pushing your boundaries; learn a new skill, attend a workshop, speak to new people that will inspire you, TRY SOMETHING NEW - even if it's nothing to do with your career.

By taking yourself out of your comfort zone and experimenting with the unknown, you open up your capabilities and your confidence to explore more in other aspects of your life. Never settle for things because that's how they are now.

Feel more, speak out, examine, LEARN. Never turn down an opportunity to grow because you're afraid to fail.
