It's a great achievement for such a clientale being the *first year reflecting the *first half* of the year. Remember to celebrate company birthday's for they reflect that the company is still solid and on course

You need this to track your records and you also need a soft copy of this for the future, as *Tijarah Foundation Africa* continues to grow.

For you to improve your records and archives for your company.

The following are important.

1.Have a table of sales performance reflecting the volume of business sold and the commission / loss afterwards. Say you sold a plot worth 10M and you had a commission of 1M. Also include the % profit/loss. This will help you to know your business performance, negotiation skills, as well as build confidence in you based on the volume of sales that you make. Don't worry about the amount, as the figures will keep growing with time and never expect them to be the same as you will find far differing clients. You will see big money coming in and remember never to be excited when you make big sales or despair, when you have low or no sales.

2. Remember to remain truthful, honest, diligent and committed to your task. Let your brand be identifiable in the market based on your personal skills and attributes. Speak well with clients and remember never to show them that you are annoyed even when you are not happy before or after them. A client is the most important person before, during and after the transaction and he will make several and trusted referrals to your business and thus guard his interests joulously.

He will market your business with little or no effort on your side and money will increasingly come in.

3.Remember to register your company in the government and have your self the registration certificate and pay taxes pro rata. This will increase customer confidence and protect you along the way.

Also note that as the business grows, you will receive clients with varying attributes and personal characteristics and never expect them to be the same. Some will challenge you, protect you, recommend you or even challenge your status quo but remember to take this all as a learning experience.

Always remember to persue your goals in the course of the business but money should never make you mad.

Sometimes you will make big profits and so will be losses and all will be learning opportunities.

Also note, that along the way,you will make some mistakes and this should never make you lose your self. It is and will remain part of business growth and development.

By maintaining the above, the skies will be the limits as there is no limit to the amount of wealth you can accumulate.
