Here are some counsels to overcome constipation.
1. Drink one or two glasses of water on getting up. Continue drinking water during the rest of the day, at least four to six additional glasses.
2. Eat breakfast with whole cereals and whole wheat bread, fresh fruits, fruit jam, and several dried prunes.

Cassava is one of the major staple food with natural sugars.
It's rich in copper, a mineral necessary for neurotransmitter synthesis, energy production, iron metabolism, and more. It also contains a reasonable amount of calcium and other minerals.
Now that it's a no sugar challenge month, we can replace the artificial sugars with natural sugars and one of the best sources is starchy foods.
Starchy foods like cassava are an essential part of a balanced diet, as they provide energy, fiber, and a sense of fullness.
The body breaks down starch molecules into glucose, which is the body's primary fuel source.
The brain, in particular, requires a considerable amount of glucose each day.
However, Cassava contains high amounts of cynogenic glucosides, a toxic substance to human health, you'll always need to soak Cassava in water for more than 20 minutes in order to detoxify/remove it.
90% of cyanide will be removed after 15 minutes of soaking the cassava.
Also note that the bitter cassava contains more cyanide than the sweet ones.

Dates contain natural sugars ( natural glucose & fructose) . Fructose is harmful only in large amounts, and it's difficult to get excessive amounts of fructose from fruit.
However it's advisable to eat not more than 6 to 10 dates a day for your health.
By the way forget about the old research that rice can be stored for up to 4 days before it's spoilage, ....cooked rice, whether white or brown, it's not supposed to be kept/stored for more than 24 hours, not even in a fridge.
Reason because apart from the usual molds like aspergillus flavus & penicillium, it can as well grow a mold we can't even see that causes cardiac diseases.
