1. Talking about wanting to die or to kill oneself
2. Looking for a way to kill onself
3. Talking about feeling hopeless or having no purpose
4. Talking about feeling trapped or being in unbearable pain
5. Talking about being a burden to others
6. Increasing the use of alcohol or drugs
7. Acting anxious, agitated or reckless
8. Sleeping too much or too little
9. Withdrawing or feeling isolated
10. Showing rage or talking about seeking revenge and
11. Displaying extreme mood swings

: Meet Stella Lorna M. Ahaabwa
Stella is the founding chair of the Education Plus Foundation and the Education Plus Schools in Uganda. She obtained her law degree from Oxford before continuing her education and acquiring a Postgraduate Degree in International Law and International Relations.
In 2015, she read Philosophy (War & Peace) at the University of Oxford. Her previous professional experience includes working as an award winning Corporate Relations Executive at Enactus and as a member of the Steering Committee for the United Nations Major Group on Children and Youth.
She also served as a Chairperson on the Committee on Employment and Entrepreneurship with the African Youth Movement. Ms. Ahaabwa further holds extensive training in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Motorola Solutions UK. She is passionate about youth empowerment and is currently overseeing our children and youth chapter at ACI Uganda.

Through interactions with various tutors we have learnt that the methods for learning and understanding may differ for each student or learner.
Just learnt that the best way for instructional time isn't through spelling bees. To all instructors, teachers you could share with us what with us what the best way is.
If we want children that think out of the box, we need to develop a reading culture among them😀
As our theme this week, we hope to share the different things/activities that made school enjoyable for us as people.
An environment that is conducive makes any learning experience fun, exciting, something we all look forward to🙂
