We can't justify our efforts for the fight against climate crisis if we can't empower farmers who are the backbone of our economies and the food security of this globe.
That's why RECAHI empowers farmers under it's WACS (Albertine work climate smart) project.

RECAHI's WACS project (Albertine work climate smart) has been fundamental in training farmers to protect the soil resource as it is crucial for maintaining ecosystem balance, supporting food production and mitigating climate change. Healthy soils filter water, store carbon and promote biodiversity, while also preventing erosion, landslides and water pollution. This project has sensitized communities through their groups to stop deforestation, monoculture, overgrazing and improper waste disposal that degrade soil health.

Human activities are thought to have contributed to an increase in Earth’s average global temperature of about 1 degree Celsius (1.8 degrees Fahrenheit) since the pre-industrial era. This warming is primarily due to the release of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane into the atmosphere, mainly through fossil fuel burning, deforestation, and land-use changes. The consequences of this global warming are far-reaching, from rising sea levels and melting glaciers to more frequent and severe heatwaves, droughts, and storms.

Ugandan ' independence day is a momentous occasion to celebrate, it also serves as a reminder that certain issues such as the rights of unprevelaged children of single mothers need to be prioritized, To truly honor the sprit of independence the unprevelaged children of single mothers should also eat nutritious foods, enjoy the right to play, sleep well etc for tomorrow's better independent Uganda. Considering expanding and equipping well the government schools gives a clear picture of what our forefathers envisioned when they requested Uganda's independence. A well funded agricultural sector and tourism can make us stop thinking about harmful projects like the East African crude oil pipeline ( EACOP) which poses significant threat to our independent Uganda by threatening our people, environment, climate and biodiversity.

Join hands with SMC2C PROJECT under RECAHI to bridge this gap! ⁶Together, we can ensure every child receives the care, support, and protection they deserve, regardless of their family's income or background.

"🇺🇬 As school resumes in Uganda, single mothers are struggling to provide school requirements for their children. Some are even forced to collect scraps or have their girls wash clothes for others just to earn enough for fees and books. 🤕

Recahi's SMC2C project is supporting some families to ease this burden. 🙏

And remember, education counts a lot in shaping a child's future - a brighter tomorrow starts with access to education today! 🌟

You can make a difference too! 💖 Your contribution of $50, $100, $150, or $200 can go a long way in helping these families.

Women are the backbone of homes, they ensure food security, they ensure homes' financial stability and therefore they are the backbones of global developmental sustainability. Their empowerment financially, economically, climatically is called for if the global sustainable development goals are to achieve measurable results by 2030. RECAHI's WACS Project is on course when it comes to empowering women in farming, in economics finance through mobilization into groups for greater collective utilization of resources and pulling of synergies.
Move the journey to empower women with RECAHI.

We have enough food full of nutrients, enough space and environment for child play, many schools where children can go and study in Wakiso and the EACOP pipeline corridor but yet these rights are not or least enjoyed by children of single mothers . This is because they are poorly endowed Financially or nobody cares or they have not seen these opportunities. A child who enjoys his full rights , grows up a full child all round. This child will be healthy, will have love for fellows, will have team work, will be creative, will be tomorrow's leader and to mention but a few.
Join RECAHI under its SMC2C(single mothers child second chance) and together we can realize a full child.

The whole world's worry of 21st century is nolonger disputed as climate change. This is because of the attack on the real worldly core that includes but not limited to food security. And the stakeholders question is how do we address climate change impacts by 2030? But this is not a question that requires an answer from one stakeholder and that's why RECAHI under its WACS is joining this discussion with its side of the answer rooted in empowering farmers through their respective formed groups to boost their productivity through lessened climate vulnerability. Thanks to the skill and knowledge gained in sustainable agricultural practices, financial literacy and entrepreneur skills and Kyosaba exemplifies this best as noted from the smile filling her entire face because of the hope she has in her healthy looking maize.
Let's continue supporting RECAHI's lessons and empowering more farmers like kyosaba against climate change.

Children rights to play are universal but unfortunately their enjoyment is not equal and this is worse for the case of children of single mothers. The would be time for this is spent working tirelessly to hunt for livelihoods no wonder it's children for single mothers continually suffocating under child labor. But with RECAHI's single mothers child second Chance (SMC2C) project children can find their second chance for the right of play.in these children will learn, eat and play while refreshing their minds and exercising their brains. Join hands to empower single mothers and their children
