Deniva was rescued and given a place to call home, where she’s growing up surrounded by the love of a family and the hope of Jesus.
Dear brothers and sisters, our Christmas fundraiser is running very slow and the days are counting to Christmas day. We haven’t received enough funds to make this happen. Across the world this Christmas, millions of children will be bright-eyed and excited about what the big day will bring. But for millions more it will be just another day surviving on the streets. Exhausted, afraid and desperate. No child should be without–food and water. Treatment and a smile especially at Christmas. I know you care about the plight of vulnerable children. URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE! Education is key to breaking the cycle of poverty, yet in Uganda millions of children are denied to the right of Education. For them basic education is a luxury they can’t afford. But you can help change this. Today morning I have received a call from the headmistress informing that our children have been sent back home because of unpaid tuition of $300. Sister Rachel went with the kids at their school so that she can talk to the Headmistress about the matter but she told her that she had given us enough time so all she need is the remaining change so that the kids can do their examinations on the Friday this week This has happened in time where we have been struggling too at the orphanage, I kindly beg anyone to help us raise tuition for these children because next week they are starting their End of term examinations. These End of term Examinations determine a lot for their promotion to the next class and we wouldn’t like see any child repeating the same class next term.
