Things I’ve learned with 42 trips around the sun.
1) Don’t wear earbuds when you’re in public pay attention to your surroundings.
2) If someone shows you who they are believe them. People mess up yes but if there’s no empathy for what they’ve done BELIEVE them.
3) Your parents did and are doing the best they can. We’re not perfect
4) Keep dusting yourself off and getting back up. You’ll catch a win eventually
5) Love your people and keep your circle tight. If you can count your people on one hand that’s more than plenty and relationship’s and people change it’s ok to let some people move to the outside of the circle for new ones.
6) It’s ok to pivot. Sometimes you have to let go of jobs people places and things because it’s best for you.
7) Be happy always remember it’s always darkest before the dawn and as my very wise old soul baby child reminds me you gotta have the bad days to make the good ones good.

Louisiana State University women's basketball Head Coach, Kim Mulkey has reportedly agreed to a 10-year, $32 million contract extension, making her the highest-paid women's basketball coach 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗.

LSU won Mulkey's 4th NCAA National Championship at the end of last season following a prolific run to the tournament final. Her three prior coming as the long-term Head Coach of Baylor University's program, taking the team to the Promise Land in 2005, 2012 and 2019, making her the third most-decorated coach in all of women's college basketball.
