Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating is proud to offer their Southwest Air Care Maintenance Special at a cost of $100 per system. Our specialized Southwest AirCare Maintenance Plan will be performed by a skilled, qualified Service Technician, trained to make your Air Conditioning and Heating system operate as efficiently and economically as possibly. We will provide a complete tune up to be scheduled in the early spring, during regular business hours.

The Southwest Air Care Maintenance Plan includes:
Clean condenser coil and check for damage
Check refrigerant cycle
Test voltage and amp draw on all motors/compressors/capacitors
Test all safety features
Check/Calibrate thermostat
Visually inspect duct for damage/restrictions
Test temperature differences
Check blower motor
Check burner system (Gas Furnace)
Inspect heat exchanger (Gas Furnace)
Purge drain lines and add cleaner
