Did you know we have clean, Culligan solar salt for pick up AND delivery? WE DO!

Our premium solar salt consists of naturally formed crystals selectively harvested from a salt lake in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Our solar salt is NSF certified.

Water softeners work effectively with either sodium chloride (commonly referred to as salt) or potassium chloride (actually a type of salt, also). 

Some of the softening salt pellets sold at the supermarket or home improvement store contain a high level of water-insoluble matter or impurities. This insoluble matter can cause buildup in the reservoir or cause your softener to malfunction. If you notice buildup, the brine tank will need to be cleaned more often. So as you shop for softening salt, look for labeling getting to ensure you’re getting the highest purity level.

Even though water makes up over 70% of Earth’s surface area, the total amount of freshwater found on Earth only makes up around 3% of the water supply, 1% of which is easily accessible.

This 1% accounts for all of our lakes, rivers, groundwater, aquifers, and streams. With this in mind, one can imagine that sustaining the needs of over 7 billion people on earth is no easy task.

The Healthy Drinking Water Affordability Act, also known as the Healthy H2O Act, is being considered in both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.

U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) introduced the Healthy H2O Act in the Senate on April 26, 2022. The bill, which would provide grants for water testing and the purchase of certified treatment technology directly to individuals, non-profits and local governments in rural communities, came from an initiative formerly called Clean Water For All that was developed by a WQA task force.

Sundays well spent bring a week of content, right? While we’re resting, resetting and recharging for the week ahead, of course and be encouraged. No matter your season, our Lord is near.

Psalm 22 brings us David’s cry. He’s forsaken, crying out to God. He knows the Lord’s power and mercy and in his pain, knows he’ll be rescued and brought to triumph.

If you’re in a season of hardship, feeling forsaken, or weary of the week ahead, have peace knowing our God is with you. He is waiting with open arms to meet you and give you rest. Any place God puts you is a place you can move and be moved. Allow Him to show you.

Lord we thank you for your unwavering promises. We ask that you would give us peace and hope for the coming days. Show us your plans for our lives and the purpose for any pain. We will rest in you. Amen.

Next month we celebrate her having been with us two years. Kimberly is the first point of contact to our customers. Her smiling face and get-er-done attitude are two of her characteristics that make her a great part of our team.

Jesus spoke of his being the water of life, a spring of water welling up to true life.

💧 He identified this living water with the Holy Spirit (John 7:37-39).
💧 The New Testament also uses the imagery of water to talk about the Holy Spirit being poured out on us (Titus 3:3-7), 💧 having our sins washed away in the water of baptism, and being cleansed by the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

As we experience the effects of the , the imagery of water to quench our thirst and irrigate parched ground speaks volumes. But the imagery does not compare to the experience of God's Spirit coming to us to comfort, strengthen, gift, empower, convict, guide, and sustain us. When our souls are parched and our spirits are dry, nothing can relieve the dry brittleness within us except the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we ask for your peace, provisions, and direction during these times. We thank you for your eternal promises and never-ending gift of the living water. Guide us through the week to love on our neighbors in need. May we all feel your presence. Amen.

MAY IS NATIONAL DRINKING WATER MONTH. All month long!

The human body is made up of 70% water. Wild, huh? It is recommended a person drinks half of their body weight in ounces per day, at minimum.

For example: if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water per day.
