We have received reports that some First Watch Credit Union members have received fraudulent phone calls appearing to come from the credit union. The Caller ID reads First Watch Credit Union and our phone number. Unfortunately, in today's times, we are seeing these fraudsters get smarter, but please be aware that this is called phone number spoofing.

Phone number spoofing causes the Caller ID to display a phone number or other information to make it look like the calls are from a different person or business. While the caller's information may appear local, the calls are often placed by telemarketers located outside the state or country.

Remember, we will never ask for your PIN, password or full social security number. If they ask for any of this information, or if something seems off, hang up and contact us directly.
