What I love most about Emma & Kyle’s wedding is how incredibly personal and heartfelt it was. 🥰 Celebrating their love at her parents’ house brought a unique and intimate touch to their special day. Every time they visit, they’ll be reminded of the front porch where they sat in rocking chairs, privately reading their vows to each other.

“I have truly never been more excited in my life!” were Anna’s words when I asked her how she was feeling about the day 🥰.

There’s something special about getting married in a place that has meaning to a couple. Emma and Kyle chose to get married at her parents beautiful home. As we started the day shooting her details, I was drawn to the rocking chair sitting in the corner of one the room. Emma’s mom walked by as I was taking pictures of her details in the rocking chair and she said to me, “That’s the rocking chair I rocked Emma in when she was a baby.”

I could have sobbed when I heard those words. So much meaning in one photo. If walls and rocking chairs could talk, I would have sat down my camera down to hear every single story!

Who said taking pics on your wedding day has to be boring? We love our guys!! 👏🏻
