We are so blessed to have the opportunity to teach these young ladies self defense as part of their Life Skills Academy! Our kiddos are truly the future and we love being able to provide them with the chance to learn!

We look forward to continuing to work with The Barns at Blue Mountain/ Blue Mountain Therapy who share as deep a love for our community as we do!

With school starting back and everyone posting photos of your adorable children, please be mindful of revealing personal information about your child. Their full name, name of their school, grade, age and other identifying tidbits can be used by predators and scammers. The safest practice is to keep personal information to a minimum, no matter your privacy settings or friends. Have a great school year!

We're still waiting on our sign but in the meantime we wanted everyone to know where our entrance is located.

No class this Thursday, July 4th but regular schedule the rest of the week. We hope everyone enjoys the 4th!

Abingdon MMA is currently working on getting a new sign. When we moved into this new building we learned that our HUGE two piece sign did not meet the specifications that the town mandates and can no longer be used.

People have had a hard time finding us and we are looking to increase our rosters, especially in the kid classes. Help us spread the word and lift up our community by giving these kids an opportunity to try something worthwhile

407 E main St above the water office in town next to Farris funeral home. 3 free class trials. Ages 5+ (4 if child is able to follow instructions well). Professional fighter - black belt instructor Leslie "Paco" Merris is extremely patient and willing to work with any student who may have obstacles in life such as physical limitations, learning disabilities, or anything else that makes us unique

If you're feeling old and out of shape and feel like your body could fall apart at any moment then you're feeling just like me. We are not old we just need to stretch, get the blood flowing and sweat a bit. Come get back into shape with me at Abingdon MMA . All fitness levels welcome, kids age 4+. Local fights are coming soon and we want you to train with us! You can do it, give it a try 😃

Chris Buscaglia left his heart and soul in that cage and we are so impressed with his performance! It wasn't a win officially, but we see it as a win and are so proud!! We can't wait to see you come back to the next fight, bigger and better!
