SW Virginia Notes: Abingdon's Bundy leading Class 3 in three events Jack Bundy currently leads VHSL Class 3 in the three distance events — 1,000-, 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs — and is in pursuit of helping Abingdon win back-to-back team state

Memory from 3 years ago. Caring for one another is a beautiful thing

One of the things I love the most about our practice is how our patients all work together and constantly encourage each other occassionally "browbeat" each other and feed off each other. Seeing this today (one of our patients helping another one across the parking lot) warms my heart.

Our patients are the absolute BEST! This morning one of them brought in an entire pink almond cake from Blackbird Bakery (my favorite thing from there) in recognition of national physical therapy month. Thank you so much Kim.

Great to be back on the sideline at AHS for another year. This makes 34 straight years doing this. I love this time of year
