Today the girls played their first 2 games in the FC Europa Turf Cup by winning both matches 2-0. Our players of the match wearing the highly coveted Tiara 👸. Great job today and more work to be done tomorrow.

We had a similar conversation with our group of girls at our training session last night.

If you were to watch me train, you would see me tired because that is what your are supposed to be. When you run sprints you are not supposed to feel great. You are supposed to be tired; you are supposed to be exhausted. That is the point. That is what practice is. The only way that you are going to get better is pushing yourself past exhaustion."
