Our story will not be aired on Fox News in an unfortunate turn of events. After being contacted by the state police, Scott paid many businesses to avoid charges. Although the goal was to provide restitution, the story couldn't be aired on Fox News without naming names due to the lack of charges. We hope that Scott fulfills all outstanding payments. Update 7/25: Fox News should air today or tomorrow. Steve Keeley has been interviewing a lot of people including the couple assumed to be involved. We will try to keep everyone updated but (hopefully) it will be aired soon.

It is disheartening to see how widespread these issues are, but by coming together and raising awareness, we can make a difference. The extensive reach of the post has made their faces well-known, reaching a larger audience than anticipated. While immediate action is desired, it is important to understand that these processes take time. Your patience and continued support are truly valued as we work towards resolving these matters. The efforts of Upper Moreland PD and other local police departments are focused on protecting and serving our community, and your support in providing any relevant information is essential for the ongoing investigation. Please trust in the expertise and dedication of our local law enforcement. Together, we can work towards a resolution and bring closure to this. Thank you for your continued support and dedication in this important cause.

This is Bonnie and Scott. They are from East Norriton but have visited some of our favorite bars in the Willow Grove/Hatboro/Warminster area.They enjoy Tito’s vodka, claim to know the owner, and flood you with compliments until it comes time to pay their tab.They owe money to multiple bars and continue to visit others despite being unable to pay.

So, social media, do your thing and help prevent other bars from potentially losing money.

If your bar has been targeted by Bonnie (Hampton) and Scott, we encourage you to contact your local police department.

UPDATE to answer questions:
Yes, we require a card on file to start a tab. Our system only verifies that the card is valid and cannot access funds available. However, the card provided and other credit cards were declined. We gave Bonnie and Scott ample time to rectify the situation before filing a police report. Upon filing a police report, we discovered that not only had other local establishments already filed a report against them at least a MONTH prior, but many other bars and restaurants had similar issues with this couple and also owed money. We did not make this public to cause problems, but to try to help other bar and restaurant owners and staff. They are losing hundreds of dollars at the hands of people who knowingly spend money they do not have and start tabs they have no intention of paying for.
