D’Ann’s would like to take the time to apologize to a recent customer’s disappointing experience while visiting our restaurant; we messed up. We work hard every day to keep our business running; it’s our life and our passion and our guests are very important to us. This is a very complex industry with many moving parts and there are many people who depend on us daily, not just employees but guests as well. We want to always provide a welcoming, clean, professional atmosphere for all that enter our business and we aim to be the best version of what we can be on a consistent basis. Once again we would like to extend a heartfelt apology and let everyone know we will continue to work towards our ultimate goal of providing the best in customer service.
