My family and I want to thank all of you who helped with the campaign hitting doors, attending parades, providing funds and advice, praying, and so many other ways. We are truly blessed to have had your support and trust.

🚪Almost 25,000 doors knocked. So humbled and grateful to all of you who have sacrificed so much to help knock doors, provide finances, share encouragement, and offer prayers. I have really enjoyed the amazing conversations with so many of you over the past few months at your doors.

📣 I have heard loud and clear that you are tired of career politicians who only care about themselves and their own advancement. How you want leaders you can respect and point your kids to as examples. How you are angry and upset that you are working hard and yet being left behind by rising prices for food and gas, and how you are worried about safety for your family and community.

In our post-Covid world, we have a new and greater appreciation for the businesses that keep products on the shelf or online for us. I am honored to have the endorsement of the Michigan Retailers Association. I promise to be a voice for businesses small and large in our communities.

We had a great time this weekend talking with families at Harvest Fest!

So grateful that Tracey and I were able to make it up to Mount Pleasant just in time to see Chap Chariots Varsity Girls win the MI state homeschool volleyball championship. Congratulations team and Elise on a great season and another state championship. 2 years in a row! Way to go!

As a dad who has seen first-hand how much my high school daughter has learned from playing women's volleyball for the past several years, I know how important it is to make sure that women's sports are for women. It's not just about the competition, learning to play as a team, and learning how to win, lose and improve, it's about preparing young women to succeed outside of sports.

Did you know that 94% of women who hold executive positions are former athletes? Check out the link in the comments below for more on that, as well as the Ernst and Young report it references. I am committed to protecting Title 9 and women's sports so that our young women can have every opportunity to excel, both on the court and off.

John Kennedy of Autocam Medical is a leader I profoundly respect. Autocam Medical has deep roots in West Michigan, takes good care of its employees, and has made investments in smart clean energy solutions. I'm honored to have his support.
