Frank came in to us in May 2023 after several falls at home, finding he was in severe acute kidney failure. He needed extensive assistance with his ADLs and required dialysis. Frank continued to work with therapy and nursing to improve, and today he discharges home walking with a cane and without needing dialysis. Good luck, Frank!
