For every problem SOLUTION is available in your inner knowing.

The problems of the world are complex and to resolve them it needs a simple approach and in a direct manner. We must not depend on outer circumstances for solutions, because the outer world is the projection of ourselves. The outer world is our relationship with another and not separate of us. So, to fix the world, we must fix ourselves. The solution obviously lies within, in the creator of the problem. You and I are the creators of the problem and responsible for the misery and confusion. It is important that we begin by taking an intention to understand ourselves.

Architects of our WORLD take responsibility of our life experiences.

We don’t need historians to tell us that our society is disintegrating. We don’t need a new system or idea or values because it is you and I who create a society. We as individuals must concern ourselves with our daily existence, thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Our occupation today is based on greed, envy, and desire for power, which eventually creates confusion, conflict, and becoming in the society. This attitude is creating havoc in society and relationships. What you sow within, so shall you reap without. What we think, feel, and act inwardly is projected outwardly. We need a radical inner transformation to bring transformation outside. We somehow seem to overlook this important point. We need to be the new architects and builders to create a new society.

You do not have a problem; YOU are the problem, and the solution.
When the mind separates us from our problems, we tend to believe that our problems are outside of us. Thought cannot solve our problems because it is conditioned. Thought uses past memory, conditioning that created the problem. We must understand that the ego-self (YOU) is the problem. We must understand the process of thinking and go beyond for the thought to cease. Awareness of the activity of mind or ego-self without condemnation or justification is sufficient to resolve the problem.

To observe inward there must be discipline and determination.

Observing our thoughts and feelings to understand its movements is inward looking. Such inward looking must be done without any condemnation, judgment, escape, or procrastination and requires self-restraint, willpower, passion, and discipline. Then the mind can be silent allowing us to look deep into the quiet waters of our consciousness, conditionings, patterns, and behaviors. A complete silent mind experiences love.

Without meditation our heart becomes a wasteland.

As Master Jiddu Krishnamurti states, meditation is like a raindrop. We must understand that meditation is a journey that has no beginning or an end. In the raindrop are all the streams, great rivers, gorgeous waterfalls, and marvelous seas. It nourishes the earth, people, and nature. Without the raindrop, the earth would be a desert. Similarly, without meditation there will be no nourishment of our being and our heart becomes a wasteland.

Silence is the stillness of thought in its entirety.

Every second there is a thought entering our mind and eventually forming images and patterns. These images condition the way we perceive, speak, and act. When we observe our thoughts without getting involved in them, then they become still without any interference patterns. It is like watching a movie scene without engaging in it. This stillness is inner silence which thought cannot conceive and feelings cannot reach. From this silence alone the meditative mind acts.

Mind can be silent when it understands its own movement.

Love can come into being when the mind is silent in its entirety. In that silence the meditator is absent. The mind is observing and understanding its thoughts and feelings without judgment, condemnation, explanation, escaping, or reasoning. Such a mind is disciplined and free with no boundaries.

Meditation is not an escape, but rather comprehension of the real world.

Master Jiddu Krishnamurti says that the physical world offers food, clothes, and shelter that are important to us. It also extends pleasure along with its great sorrows and the outcome is temporary enjoyment, tension, conflict, fear, and confusion.
Meditation is not isolating from the external world but traveling in search of self-fulfillment. Then the world has meaning and beauty. Then love is not pleasure and right action begins.

Meditation is one of the greatest arts in life.

Meditation is not a technique and therefore cannot be learnt from anybody. Meditation has no authority. It is the greatest art that you must learn by yourself by paying attention to how you walk, eat, talk, feel, and behave. The awareness of your movement of emotions, feelings, and thoughts is part of meditation. It can take place when you are sitting in a bus or walking in the woods, or listening the singing of birds or looking at the face of your loved ones. The key is awareness.

Meditation is love that knows no separation.

Master Jiddu Krishnamurti says that a Meditative state is when the mind is silent. Silence is when thought, with all its images, noise, and perceptions has ceased. Such a Mind is the explosion of love and knows no separation. It is where all the division and conflict ceases to exist. From such a deep silence alone the Meditative mind takes right action.

We will develop greater cognitive capacity and focus when we observe our thoughts without getting caught in it. Many of us have negative thoughts that dominate our lives spiralling into worries, stress, and anxiety. Every second we have a thought, and when we practice to observe our thoughts daily, we will reduce the power of negative thoughts. The important key is to observe them without judging, condemning, resisting, or escaping them.

Be in the present. Each day we spend 70% of our time living in the past. We respond to our current situation and relationships with our past thoughts, conditioning, behavior, and patterns. To be in the moment is not to let our past define us but living each moment as if we know nothing about it, new and fresh, and without condemning, judging, or repeating. We learn and unlearn about ourselves in the present moment.

Our Mind is always on the move and making all kinds of noises. As our life gets busier the noise keep getting louder. It is chatting, commenting, judging, contradicting, in conflict, confusion, and so on.
We sometimes want to experience a silent Mind. In order to quiet the mind, we must observe its movement without trying to control, change, or alter. At first observing might look like a maze with all its twists and turns. But as you practice observing, you will understand it’s movement, you discover that the mind is silent.

Suffering is the greatest blessing in disguise. When we learn from it then we continue to grow. They key is to stay still with it rather than find ways to escape, hide, or run away. Practice will allow us to get there.

How can we experience pure Intelligence that is incorruptible, not circumstantial, and not self-centred?

Master Krishnamurti says, to enquire into the intelligence, our brain must be completely free of any fear, conclusion, attachment, and self-centred movement. When the brain is free of all fear and sorrow then, at the end of sorrow, a passion is born that has neither lust, greed or motive. That passion is Love and compassion. That compassion has its own supreme quintessence intelligence that is neither of time nor belong to any theories of knowledge.
