Tight or restricted fascia can lead to muscle stiffness, decreased range of motion, and even chronic pain, which can severely impact performance.

Including fascia care in training routines—through activities like foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and myofascial release—helps keep fascia flexible and healthy, allowing muscles to perform at their best. Attention to fascia leads to better mobility, quicker recovery times, and a reduced risk of injuries, ultimately supporting an athlete’s long-term success. Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This gentle massage supports the body’s immune system by flushing out toxins. The lymphatic system is the body’s sewage system—helping to filter our cellular waste. When our lymphatic system is congested we may be more prone to illnesses and a weakened immune system.

How do you know if you need it?
🌀You are prone to allergies and colds
🌀 You experience sinusitis and congestion often
🌀 You tend to retain water in your arms and legs

🌀 Conditions that cause lymphedema such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, venous insufficiency, and lipedema

This offering was first debuted at this years Fanachu Famalao’an Summit. Since there has been a lot of interest, I’ve decided to make this part of my regular offerings.

This is an in-person session for anyone interested in transmuting stagnant energy and receiving divine perspective for their path ahead.
